POV Elsa

I was afraid to open up my eyes but I had to. Faking to be sleeping while someone is making noise is hard and the fact that I still could smell the dusty smell I could tell that everything that just happened wasn't a dream.

My eyes opened and I saw the same strange room as before. Jack had his back turned at me and he was looking at something.

"Jack?" I whispered.

He turned around quickly and smiled in relief when he saw me.

My mind was still a mess with the things that have happened. Where had he brought me into? What magic is he talking about?

And how... how on earth can he posses the power of winter? I wondered while my finger nails sank into my palm when I clenched my fists. Who is he exactly?

"Finally, you went really pale when you saw that trick! Were you that happy to meet me again baby snow?" He laughed and stepped to the bed where I was laying at. He sat on the edge and he was surprisingly clueless looking when I notched myself further away from him.

"Again? I'm not so sure... you jumped from my balcony and kidnapped me into this... this," I exclaimed while spreading my arms to point out that I was in a weird looking place.

"So you just remember the Jack who got hit by a car? Not the one before?" He sighed and scratched his forehead with his front finger. He seemed disappointed.

I shook my head.

"Okay... well how about this drawing?" He glanced at me curiously when he pulled out a piece of paper.

The drawing was clearly made by a young child. It had a blonde little girl who waved her hands to someone floating in the air. The other person was someone with white hair, blue shirt and brown leggings and a blue tutu skirt covering it. My eyes see the name scribbled to it, 'El-sa'.

I snatched the drawing from him. "How did you manage to steal one of my childhood memories!" I snapped at him quickly and he facepalmed.

"You gave it to me," he exhaled, "I was right next to you when you drew it."

I shook my head, "Not possible. This is my imaginary fairy friend, ice fairy."

I see a grin spreading to his face. "Yup--," he laughed and pointed at himself,"—ice fairy. You know, winter powers... childhood best friend and..."

I see him starting to float in air and my eyes widen.

"Can fly like in the drawing," he said and was really happy to himself.

I roll my eyes and point at the drawing. "Tutu. My imaginary friend was a girl," I said victoriously. "I just remembered wrongly that she was a guy," I added.

Jack turned red and he sat back to the bed. "Uh... you just really wanted to draw me that tutu skirt... so you could add sparkles," he gulped.

"Kidnapper," I insisted.

"No. My name is Jack Frost, I used to play with you when you were a kid," he tried to convince me.

"Then you should be much older."

"I'm way over 300 years old... maybe 400," he mumbled. "Trust me, I'm way older – my appearance just seems young," he shrugged.

"Prove it."

I watch how his face turns red and he clears his throat.

"Miss, I would kindly like to tell you that my parents were pilgrims from England when I was 18. I lived in London until I was 15. Due to an accident here in New Land I became the winter spirit," he said with clear british accent.

Gosh he sounded astonishing. Uh, I'm supposed to be mad at him.

"Alright so if I assume that what you said is true... then how do you prove that I used to play with you?"

"I'm sure you'll remember in a while. The magic barrier just affected you on the other side of it... just wait," he grinned and got up from the bed.

"So--," he began and went to a closet, "—we have just two choices of outfits for you."

I see how he pulls out two sets.

"They are the same," I muttered.

"No, this is more into navy blue kind of hoodie and this has a slight purplish shade. See? And the pants. Their color-" he explained while lifting up the clothes.

"I'm not wearing them. Doesn't your friend have anything that suits for girls?" I sighed and his arms dropped down. He sighed and threw the clothes back on the bed.

"Okay then, I'll go and check but don't be too disappointed if the only thing I find is a large red coat which you drown in," he muttered when he left the room.

I used the opportunity to get up from the bed. I walk on my bare feet around the room, my foot prints are visible in the dust that covers the floor. And they are the only prints which is slightly freaking me out.

"So he floats in the air while he walks," I gulped when I went to a desk.

The desk was cluttered with objects. Items that all looked different. My fingers grab onto an arrow which had a tag hanging from it. "From Merida to Jack," I read the tag that was written in big wavy initials. I place it down and I see a pink shell with a pearl inside.

"Ariel?" I wondered aloud when I read the words inside.

I roll my eyes and then I saw an empty spot on the wall. I went back to get my old drawing and then I try it on the light shaded area where something similar shaped had been for a long time. It was a perfect fit so he must've kept it above his desk. I pin the drawing back on the wall and I continue to look at the objects that are on the table.

My hand reaches to a beautiful looking mirror. "Why would Jack have a mirror like this?" I laughed while I wiped the dust away. Maybe he likes to keep his hair in that messy look always.

Then I flinched, I saw him going through some cabinet, examining a piece of clothing while shadow approached him. The mirror dropped down on the table.

"I'm starting to imagine stuff," I exhaled.

I look at a skillfully sculptured miniature wooden dragon and then at a compass. The compass had initials P and J.. P and J? J as in for Jack? I bite my bottom lip, from the looks of it all these items seem to be from girls to him. "A player, well... should've guessed," I exclaimed.

Suddenly I heard some loud noises coming outside the door. Slowly I walk forward.

"CALM DOWN PHIL!" I heard Jack shouting.

The door flew open and I saw a glimpse of a dusty looking wide space. There were toy airplanes hanging from the ceiling.

Jack came in like a gust of wind. He closed the door after him with a wave of the staff he was holding.

"Oh, you found me a dress," I said as I pointed out to a green dress that hang from his arm. I covered my chest by crossing my arms because the night gown was still badly torn.

It was like his thoughts were in somewhere else until then. My words caught his attention and the terrified look in his eyes gave me chills. He was leaning his back against the door when it was banged.

"W-what was that?"

"My friends friends are not in a nice mood," he replied as the door was beaten again.

He threw the dress to me and I grabbed it.

"Put it on quickly. We're leaving after that," he laughed like it was nothing. I notice that he has a cut on his left sleeve, then my eyes look down on his arm and I see how blood is slowly dripping down from his fingers that squeeze his staff.

"You're hurt."

"PUT IT ON!" He shrieked and I did as he told.

The dress was emerald green with pink rim running around the sweetheart neckline. The length was just below my knees.

"Okay I'm done," I told him.

"Good because we're going," he cheered when he stopped leaning against the door.

"What?" I asked in high tone but my voice was covered by the loud snapping sound when the doorframes gave in.

I stare at the white flurry looking thing. It roared which made its white sharp teeth show. It dug its nails into the broken doorframe, the sound was disgusting when the nails were scratching the wood. Underneath its feet some strange looking creatures swarmed in, laughing and with their tiny red pointy hats waving they started to destroy the room. The moment felt like it had paused, the time had stopped.

I woke up from my daze when Jack grabbed to my hand, he started to pull me towards window.

He took a snowglobe from his hoodies pocket. The glass of it was dusky like it had been gathering dust on it for quite some time. Quickly he threw it out from the window, we were running still and then I managed to hear a word he mentioned, 'Transylvania'. I barely heard his voice over the roar of that white thing that mistakenly reminds me of a yeti that I've read from story books.

With my best efforts I tried to stop him from pulling me out from the window. I screamed when we dropped.

"It's okay!" He shouted.

We barely avoided the furry things grasp. Jack was holding me against his chest and I stared up to the window where the seriously angry white furry oversized bear or something was yelling. The dropping was feeling in my stomach.

"Fly! You can fly!" I shouted while I kept on squeezing his hoodie.

He didn't say anything, he just turned us around.

"OH GOD! TURN ME BACK!" I screamed. I was forced to look down to where we were dropping.

Down towards the bottom of an icy valley from really high. We're going to die.

Then I saw how something hit the bottom before as and broke. From it a circling image appeared and we were falling straight towards it. I closed my eyes when the impact was about to happen but for my surprise it didn't.

I opened my eyes just when we hit to ground. The fall wasn't as hard as I thought. My hands smashed against something cold and sticky like a pudding when my chest hit against his. Also something splashed right to my face which felt disgusting.

"We made it," he laughed which encouraged me to open my eyes.

His face was full of brown spots and his hair was dripping some of it too. Great, we're laying in a mud puddle. I look around us but I don't see the bottom of an icy valley, there is no snow around - just some trees that have tried up and this moist looking environment. There's fog everywhere and I can't see the blue sky.

I got up and I pulled the dress back down. "Where are we?"I asked.

"Transylvania, I have friends around here," he replied. He anaged to create some snow to his hand which he used to clean up my face from mud splashes and then my hands. He had to do more snow couple of times since it got dirty soon.

"Transylvania?" I shrieked. No wonder the place feels a bit creepy.

"Yeah," He shrugged and got his staff from ground.

"That white thing was your friend.. and it did this?" I asked while I took his arm to my hands. For my surprise the wound was gone when I moved the fabric.

"Well no, Phil was never in good terms with me.. That place belongs to Mr. North and they work for him," he smiled but there was something behind that smile.

"Mr. North?" I wondered.

"You guys know him as Santa Claus on other side of the barrier. You know the barrier also--," he explained but I let his arm drop back down.

"Why do you have to keep jumping down from high!" I cried when I slammed his chest. First the balcony and now literally down from a cliff – well the house was a cliff but still! And then he says some incredibly impossible things.

"Well—"

"And why on earth didn't you fly!" I shouted when I picked up a rock from ground that I threw him with. He dodged it by flying like I thought.

"Just let me explain!" He exclaimed when he came back down. I notice that his bare feet don't touch the ground and the feeling of mud between my toes starts to irritate me even more.

"Then do."

Suddenly he took hold of me and lifted me up to his arms.

"What are you doing!"

"Trying to fly but--," he said and let me down. Then he started to go up. "—I can't fly when I hold someone else. My powers are not as strong as they were few years back... things have changed while I was gone."

He landed back down and seemed serious.

"Okay. And the barrier?"

"It was created when two princesses left their castle with their parents. Stone trolls did a strong spell that forced us magical beings in this side of the barrier and normal people including the princesses and their family were on the other side," Jack explained and went to sit on a rock.

He glanced at me but I didn't say anything, I just crossed my arms and stared at him. He sighed before continuing.

"So the barrier was created to keep us magical beings away from the princesses for some reason. The people on the other side encountered a memory spell which took away their memories of magic. Also if some magical being would go to other side of the barrier that's protected by storms and such, they would lose their memory, magical talents and one of their senses."

My eyes widened, "You were on the other side."

That's when he smiled faintly and ran his fingers through his hair. "Yea, I started aging and since I was there for three years my body is now 21 instead of 18 which is kind of interesting. Also I lost my memory and my—."

"—hearing," I finished his sentence.

"Exactly."

"What now?" I questioned.

"We walk," he grinned and got up.

"I'm not walking even one step in this mud," I muttered.

"Alright baby snow," he sighed and went to the side of the road which we were standing on.

I see how he pulls out some wide weeds from the ground and begins to weave them together.

"What are you doing?" I ask when I go behind his back.

"My mom made these for us... I kind of forgot how to make them until--," he said but then paused when he was finishing of the thing he was doing. He threw it to me.

"Try it on," he smiled slyly. He had done a shoe from grass.

I put it on after I wiped the mud away. "It fits," I whispered and then he began making another.

"Umm.. so how did you remember how to make these?"

"I didn't. A fairy called Tinkerbell taught me and during the process I remembered that mom used to make these. You see, Tink was upset because I don't wear shoes," he chuckled while handing me the second shoe.

"Oh.. thanks," I told him when I put the second shoe on. It was much nicer to fee them in my feet instead of mud.

"Better get going before it gets dark," he nodded his head towards the road ahead.

I embraced myself. "The stories of Transylvania are a fairy tale, right?" I laughed. It was just a place in horrific fairy tales that were meant to scare children. But this place feels so authentic and threatening.

"Mm.. yeah I heard of the stories while I was on the other side. You know that the movies, books and such had a real base? You guys just forgot it on that side of the barrier!" He laughed.

"W-wait... so Frankenstein, werewolves...mummies and monsters are real?" I gulped. I stood still while he kept on walking forward.

"Yeah and vampires too!" He cheered.

My eyes widened and I see how he walks down a hill, disappearing from my sight. Something snaps behind me and I feel how my body shivers. Quickly I ran after him and he looks at me.

"Are you feeling well?" He raised his eyebrow.

"Yeah, just perfect," I laughed nervously.

He must be lying. He MUST be lying. Anna sensed something wrong in him, maybe he really heard her back then. Yup, that must be it. He is pulling a prank on me, this whole thing is a prank and he kidnapped me.

Jerk.

"OWOOOO!"

I heard howling coming from the left. It sounded like a wolf pack and I quickly moved myself half behind him and I grasped to his arm.

Jack faces the forest and I wait for him to use his ice powers to protect us. Instead he just smiles and stares at that way.

The cries of the wolves ended and it was replaced by series of barks and panting. They were running towards us, the branches in the ground were cracking and the plants being squashed when they kept on approaching us.

"Do something!" I told him.

"Why?" He questioned and then something jumped out from a bush.

I screamed and I lifted my hand up.

"Don't!" Jack yelled and pushed my hand down just when I released my power.

A nearby tree froze and we were surrounded by these tiny little wolves that wore clothes.

"Geez that was close," Jack exhaled.

"You almost shot my baby brother," a wolf who was wearing a skirt spoke and stood to two feet, no, paws.

"Y-you knew about my powers... you stopped me," I whispered.

Jack stared at me seriously.

"Ofcourse I knew, we played together baby snow. I think that you should apologize from them," Jack exhaled.

The wolves were circling around us, there were twenty of them at least. One of them licked my leg which made me flinch.

"Are you apologizing? My brothers are too tiny and stupid to speak but they understand," the girl wolf rolled her eyes.

"She... the wolf is talking Jack," I laughed. I felt like I was going crazy.

"WEREwolf," the girl said slowly.

"O-okay.. werewolf.. uh.. I'm..sorry?" I said while looking around.

I have no idea which of these furry werewolf baby boys I tried to freeze.

"Hey, they're actually quite cute," I cheered and I was about to pat one of them.

"Ah!" The girl gasped and tried to take my hand but Jack was faster.

He held my hand and smiled, he had just taken my hand away when the baby werewolf tried to bite it. "You should be careful," he grinned and let go.

"Jack, what brought you here?" The werewolf girl asked and looks at me like she wants to scold me.

"I was wondering if you could escort us to Hotel Transylvania Winnie?" Jack asked.

The girl grinned which made her white teeth show. "Sure thing, Johnny will be excited to see you. And Mavis too," Winnie said. "And Dennis and I would want some snow to play from either of you," she added.

Suddenly she whistled. "Let's go pups!" She cheered and started running with the werewolf kids.

"Wow," I gulped.

"Yeah, she's just a kid and in charge of the safety around the hotel," Jack told me.

I kept on rubbing my left hand with my right. "Uhh..so you're not worried about?"

"About what?" He asked when we went after the pack.

"You know.. my powers?" I sighed.

"No, actually I'm pleased that you finally showed them but next time be careful what you aim," he chuckled.

His voice sounded playful which made me feel a bit better. His cool way of handling things still feels good even though I have found out some surprising things of him during today.

I saw a sign that had a picture of a bat on it and saying 'Welcome to hotel Transylvania!'.

"Umm.." I gulped.

"Yup there are more of monsters in there so try to act cool and don't freak out. They don't like the word monster much and don't stare too much – and try not to freeze anyone," he laughed mockingly.

"Ha..ha," I laughed blankly and gave him an eye roll.
