Lucifer gasped as he saw Jack at the snack shack. He nudged Angelo and pointed at him discreetly. They were both currently at the mall, they weren't doing much besides just hanging out. It was both their day off and they decided to take the opportunity to go to the mall, with Chris of course. Chris was just currently waiting in a fast food line.

"Is that who I think it is?" Angelo asks and pulls his sunglasses down. Lucifer nodded, "Look how old he is now!! It's been years since I've seen him. D'ya think he'll recognize us?" He turned towards Angelo. Angelo shrugged as he put his sunglasses back in place. "Why don't you go over to him? He doesn't seem to be with his wife at the moment!" Angelo held up his soda drink and took a sip. "Didn't you have a crush on him?" Lucifer snorted, "Yeah, back when he was seriously jacked. Now he's old and wrinkly"

Lucifer suddenly put a hand over Angelo's mouth before Angelo even spoke up, "Don't. I know what you're going to say" Angelo smirked underneath his hand and raised his eyebrow. "Yes yes, I'm old too, but I'm not wrinkly" Angelo hummed as a reply and nodded. Lucifer took his hand off and stood up, "Alright then. I guess I'll just go say hi and catch up. I doubt he'll recognize me anyways" Angelo smiled and shooed him towards Jack. "Go go. I'll be here with Chrissy in the meantime" Lucifer responded with a "yeah, yeah" as he walked off towards the direction Jack was in.

As he left, Chris came back to the table with a tray of food. "Where's Lucifer going?" He asks as he sits down next to Angelo. Angelo took a few fries and stuffed them in his mouth before responding, "He saw an old friend and went to go talk to him" Chris tilted his head a bit as a smile grew on his face, "Lucifer has friends?" Angelo snorted and coughed a bit on his fries, laughing. "Wait till I tell on you for saying that" He smiles back at Chris. He took his burger and started unwrapping it, "but yeah. Jack is an old friend of his, Literally by the way, and an old crush" Chris stopped eating. "An old crush?" He asked.

Angelo nodded and took a bite out of his burger. "Mmhmm! Old fend" he muffled before swallowing and correcting himself, "Old friend, Old crush. They go way back. I think before he met me too" Angelo looked over at Lucifer and Jack.

Lucifer was smiling and chatting up with him. Jack laughing with him or having an excited glint in his eyes. "Looks like Jack does remember him. That's nice to know. Maybe Lucy will start hanging out with him instead of moping around the castle" Chris slowly took in Angelo's words. He felt his stomach twist in a knot. 'Old crush?' His mind questioned. Suddenly the food in front of him didn't look so appetizing, he felt sick. His stomach was upset and he knew why, he was jealous.

Chris glanced at Angelo who was peacefully eating his food and talking about random things he saw. 'Doesn't he worry that Lucifer might hook up with that guy?' Chris shook the thought out, 'Nonesense. They haven't even hooked up since I became their partner. They've been loyal and kind. Ugh, I'm being possessive and jealous' Angelo must've seen the faces he was making because he shook him gently on the shoulder and asked him what was wrong.

Chris snapped out of his thoughts and looked over to Angelo, "What?" He asked and Angelo repeated, "What's wrong? You haven't touched your food. Oh no, did they replace their veggie burgers with real meat??" Angelo's face warped in concern and looked at Chris's burger. Chris shook his head rapidly and laughed a bit stiffly, "No! Well at least I hope not, but I was just thinking of something that happened to me earlier. Don't worry about it" he tried to play it off as he started eating his fries again. Angelo still looked concern, but didn't wanna push so he dropped it. Chris glanced back over to Lucifer and Jack.

The two men hav moved from their spot to a nearby table as they continued chatting away. Lucifer looked really happy, happier then he's ever been when he was at home. Chris felt his something sink in his stomach, 'Why is he never that happy when around me and Angelo?' He groaned internally as he tried to distract his mind from his thoughts. 'They're just friends!!' He shouted to himself. 'Old friends. Lucifer knew him before he met you' Chris shoved the rest of his fries into his mouth.

Angelo was about finished with his food before he grabbed Lucifer's burger. "Angie. That's lucy's" Chris told him and drank from his drink. Angelo puffed out his cheeks stubbornly, "He's still talking with his friend. How's the saying go? You snooze, you lose?" He grinned before unwrapping the burger and taking a bite. Chris rolled his eyes playfully before chuckling softly at the face Angelo made. "Gross, it's got everything on it" he wrapped it back up and immediately drank his soda to get rid of the taste. Chris smiled at him before letting his eyes wander back to Jack and Lucifer. This time, Angelo noticed.

"Looking at Lucifer and Jack, aye?" He teased. Chris jumped and spluttered at him, "N-no! Well I mean.." he started, but Angelo stopped him. "I know how you feel. Still can't believe Lucifer has a friend, aye?" Chris internally sighed in relief. "It's funny enough that he used to have a crush on him." Angelo continued and laughed gently, "Jack's straighter then a nail board" Chris felt his entire brain stop, 'his old crush is straight?' Chris covered his face with his hands. 'I was jealous of a straight guy.' He felt so ashamed of himself as he curled himself into a ball.

Angelo raised an eyebrow at him, "Is it that hard to believe?" He asks softly absolutely confused on why Chris curled in on himself. He didn't think it was that strange for Lucifer to have friends.
