Basically Alice, his first name, is embarrassed by his bloodline magic, his mother is a succubus, and trained to use fire magic instead, we don't know his bloodline magic yet, but it has to do something with seduction. Alice is fruity as all hell and the manga made sure to make us notice it, if he ends up with a girl, I'm gonna be upset.

Also Iruma still hasn't told Alice or Clara, green haired girl, that he's human yet.
