Ok, so in alot of these the characters aren't going to have names so you can make them up yourself!

She was bringing everything that belonged to her with her. Except me. "I can't deal with your father anymore." she would tell me when I asked about the split. "So why can't you take me with you?" she would just shake her head and mumble about money.

No one seemed to care how I felt about the divorce. My parents' tempers would shorten every day. They yelled at me more then they did to each other. Some times they acted like I caused the divorce, not the cheating or the drinking. My dad was the reason they got divorced. he would drink, then go cheat on my mom with a prostitute he found on the sidewalk.

"Please don't leave me here with him!" I pleaded with my mom. "Please" "you need to work on school, after you finish, you can come stay with me." At noon we ate lunch, and then she was gone. I wouldn't see her when she came home from work. I wouldn't eat her breakfast, lunch, and dinner every night. I wouldn't be her daughter. Just her child.
