A warning growl left the alpha as he stood in front of his pups protectively, glaring at the offending portal as it buzzed into existence. "What's that?" Mutters one of his pups, Alex, his mind supplies unhelpfully as he waits impatiently for whoever to come out. A mop of blond hair pops out of the portal, a familiar sight that has the alpha relaxing somewhat. "Angelo." The alpha says in greeting as the pups go back to playing, obviously feeling safe as their father scent relaxes. "Hi Chris! How are you?" Angelo greets happily as he peeks at the pups by the alpha's feet, "And the pups? They've grown!" He adds with a cheeky grin as he watches Chris look at them fondly. "We've been fine. What do you want?" The alpha asks as he runs a possessive hand through Max's red mop of hair, a rumble leaves him as he scents the pup before starting to scent the other two as well.
