Duckie: *rubs his face* Immnot a baby.

Loki: *sighs and rubs his back* I know you're not.

Duckie: Where's Duli? *looks up weakly*

Loki: He's safe. *kisses his forehead*

Duckie: *nods accepting that before laying back down shakingly* ...

Loki: *looks at him sadly* I think we should move. Get a change of scenery.

Duckie: *immediately on edge* W-why would we need to? -

Loki: You know the area too well.

Duckie: *stares at him upset and pouts*

Loki: You're adorable but no. You're not changing my mind.

Duckie: .. *whines*

Loki: No.

Duckie: *sulks* You're mean.

Loki: I'm looking out for you.

Duckie:..... Why are you still with me?

Loki: Because I love you. *lays next to him* And you're just hurting. I know this is hard. It's hard for me.

Duckie: .. I'm sorry. *buries his face into his neck* I'm really sorry. 

Loki: it's okay baby. *hugs him close*
