Percy's POV-

Tonight is the monthly meeting for the Seven. Of course it had to be on the night of my date with Annabeth. Annabeth and I decided to have our date right before. I went to the base of Temple Hill. Where is Annabeth? She is never late. "Hey, Perce! I'm sorry I'm late! Piper said she had to fix my make-up," I hear Annabeth say behind me.

I turn around and my heartbeat quickens. Her golden hair is in a pony tail and she is wearing her Camp Half-Blood t-shirt. "You look so beautiful," I tell her.

"It's just a simple outfit. I wear this everyday," she says.

"Simple is beautiful, Wise-Girl," I say as I wrap my arm around her waist.

"Thanks, Seaweed Brain," she says.

We start wandering around Camp Jupiter.

Jason's POV-

"Hey, Pipes, do you know where Percy and Annabeth are?" I ask Piper.

"They might still be on their date," Piper says.

"I hope they won't miss the meeting," I say.

"I don't think they will. And if they are a little late, them we can wait for them," Piper reassures me.

"OK," I say.

Percy's POV-

"Um, Annabeth. What time is it?" I ask her.

Annabeth looks at her watch and gasps. "Crud. We're going to be late for the meeting," Annabeth says.

"Not if I can help it," I says as I grab her hand.

I start sprinting to the Senate building where the meeting is being held, but something interrupts my running. A Lar pops right in front of me. The Lar has crazy silver-purple hair and was wearing a blue janitors uniform. The Lar smiled at them. "Friends, I saw the stars." And he dissolved into the spring breeze.

"Percy, was that Bob?" Annabeth asks me.

"I think it was," I say in wonder.

I have tears in my eyes as I start walking briskly to the Senate Building. As we approach the doors, I slow to a walk. I hold the door for Annabeth and follow her inside. "Here they come!" I hear Hazel say.

We walk to where they are and I give Jason a bro hug. "We were waiting for you, Percy, to give us a speech before we can eat," Leo says.

Oh great. I have to give the speech. Annabeth goes and sits next to Piper and Hazel while I stay standing. "Um, well, I would like to thank all of the heroes, alive and dead, who fought for our cause," I say.

"That's it?" Frank asks me.

I guess that's not it. "I would like to thank Chiron for making me the man I am today, thank you Annabeth for always being there. I would like to give a toast to the fallen heroes. Bob, Damasen, Zoe, Luke," I start to say. "To all of them!"

I raise a glass of of blue Coke up and everyone does as well. I head over to where the guys are sitting. "That was a good speech, Percy," Frank says.

"Thanks," I say to him while I sit down.

"Hey, Percy, that was a great and sad speech," I hear Annabeth say as she wraps her arms around my neck.

"Thanks," I say while smiling.
