Hello!

My name is Victorya, and I am the interviewer chosen to take your interview from the CV Community.

How are you today?

Good!

That's great! We'll begin now:

If you were to describe yourself in a sentence to a perfect stranger like me, what would you say?

I'd say: I'm all about expression, fun, and creativity.

Quite the vibrant personality!

Is there any reason you'd choose those three words?

I say I'm expressive because it's one of the biggest aspects of my personality. It's literally in everything I do. And it's always one of the first things people recognize about me.

I say I'm fun, because I'm always down to have a good time with anyone at any time. Even if it's just a little jolly conversation. And if I happen to be busy, I always try to fork out the time to have a little fun. And in turn, if anyone wants to have a good time, they can definitely count on me.

And lastly, I say I'm creative because I always tend to come up with new and amazing ideas. And it's a thing a lot of people admire. I can turn every little thing into something beautiful.

That's lovely!

You say that you can turn the little things in life beautiful, so I wonder what you see in these little things that set your perspective away from the general view?

It's all about optimism. You have to tell yourself that there is always a better version of the original, and then, you venture for it.

Even people. It's the reason why I get along with everyone, even those people who seem mean and angry all the time. You have to look past that, and tell yourself that there is a brighter version in them. We just have to find it.

You and I can get along quite well I think, with that sort of an approach.

I am 99.9% certain we could get along!

How did you first address the prospect of writing, of storytelling? And how do you weave your natural optimism in your stories?

My first ever story was written in seventh grade...on paper. I always thought writing was, well, boring. But that one time I actually picked up a pen and tried it, I realized that it was a great way to really express your thoughts and views of the world. It was amazing how I could look at the world with different eyes, rather than my own, and elaborate from there.

As of optimism, I try to make it all about the characters. Before I even write a story, I must first know my characters, and how they look at the world. What each person is like. Then, I'd think of ways to really weave their personalities and perspectives into different situations, and that would determine the outcome of the level of optimism used. However, I know that in reality, not everyone is that optimistic, so sometimes I may put a negative character or two in my books, and that'd be where the positive character comes in and try to change their view of the world.

Writing came as a surprise to you, did it not? Your style of storytelling seems really fascinating, it's complete in its own way.

You say you look for inspiration in nature and in life itself...is there an element that really catches your attention, excites you, and makes you say "this has to be it"? Anything specific, that is.

Hmm...I might say general passion. It always brings out this connection within me, and hopefully, the readers feel the connection of passion too.

I personally pick up on anyone's passion, and I'd think it's one of the most beautiful things to witness; to see how much someone can love something.

And I put out their efforts to bond with it in one way or another.

Honestly though, it's a beautiful vision you have of the world!

Speaking of love, let's talk about a story you know that has touched you in a way nothing else has...if there's any!

Hmm, story...there are a few. They taught me very valuable lessons that I thought I'd try to apply to my own life.

Books like The Good Girl's Bad Boys and Amazing Gracie.

The Good Girl's Bad Boys taught me about seeing others' pain, bullying, and making a voice over our rights.

Amazing Gracie taught me a little bit about spiritual meanings (even though I'm a Christian) as well as the importance of friends and family.

I could say The Good Girl's Bad Boys also taught me about loyal friendship.

I have to check those stories out!

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

If I could change one thing about myself: it'd be to clear my skin. I have a condition called hyper pigmentation. It's a thing where you get a scar, and it heals and looks darker than your actual skin tone. At first I was completely fine with it, but then I hit high school, and people got way more judgeful. It made me lose a lot of the self confidence I had. But, my goal is to get rid of it next year, as I discovered it's treatable. Once I have clear skin, I'd be the happiest girl alive.

And If you had the power to change one thing in the world, what would it be and why?

If I could change something about this world, it'd be money. Money is a big hindrance to most of our goals and dreams. I'd want to make everything free for everyone. Like going to your dream college, being able to stop world hunger, being able to live in a proper home, being able to travel, having all your needs and possibly your wants. I get that money makes exchange fair, but some people really struggle financially, and it'd be wonderful to help the world out of poverty. Not saying everyone should be crazy rich, but at least to be able to provide yourself with everything you could possibly want or need.

Ridding the world of money is a truly noble notion, and although it's not easy, it'd be a nice thing if the world weren't so divided. Right?

Yes, it'd be fair at the least to equalize stuff up.

Alright...you had mentioned that you like talking about zodiacs earlier. Tell us, what about it interests you the most?

What I find most intriguing about zodiacs is how relatable and accurate personality facts can get. Even for the smallest of situations.

I'm not gonna lie: I have a lot of zodiac books in my library. And every night I end up reading one!

So the horoscopes are usually correct for you? That's fascinating! (You seem like a Pisces to me, with a lot of creativity.)

I'm actually Sagittarius. And yeah, they're almost always correct for me. That's what intrigues me.

Lastly, what is your message to everyone? What do you want to tell the world?

I would just want to tell the world: Fight for your dreams. And I actually can't stress this enough. If you want something, don't just sit there and let time pass daydreaming about it.

You know what would be a million times better? Actually living your dream rather than thinking of it as a fantasy. If you find a passion for something deep down within you, you have to dig for it, and help it grow. It can't grow on its own

If you worry about failure, then it's extremely important to know that failure is one of the biggest procedures to success. Each time you fail, it gives you a lesson, that you need to push harder and try again.

And whatever you do, don't let your brain control your dream, because you'll overthink everything, and lose faith in yourself, saying you can't do it. Instead, let your passion take over, and I assure you, you'll get somewhere. Instead, let your passion take over, and I assure you, you'll get somewhere.

Amazing message, honestly.

Thank you so very much for the interview, I, on behalf of the CV Community, really appreciate your time.

Did you enjoy the experience?

This was actually really fun, I loved it for sure
