..... idk what it is with me and cheating stuff recently, especially involving Roman- this is also heavily inspired by an ad for an app where you can read comics, I forget the name of both the comic and the app but if you've gotten the ad and actually watched/read it you'll know what it is XD
I was also gonna write Unsympathetic!Patton instead of Janus but I couldn't in this context XD I could write evil Patton but not this kind of Patton.
Edit: Holy shit I hate that title that implies so many not good things which I guess is the point-

Third Person POV

Roman carried a passed out drunk Virgil into their bedroom and lay him softly on the bed.

See, Roman had the bright idea to host a cliche high school party at their house and invite everyone from their college. He had the space since he had a decently big house that he didnt need (rich boys-), so why not!

Well, apparently Virgil decided to get pretty drunk while down there, leaving Roman to put him upstairs.

"Geez, you're gonna have a nasty hangover tomorrow," Roman muttered under his breath, brushing his boyfriend's hair out of his face.

They had been dating for around 5 or 6 months now, so a pretty long time. Virgil loved Roman, though he refused to admit it and say "I love you" to him because it always felt "too soon".

"Hey Ro, damn, he got pretty wasted, didnt he~" Janus said, walking inside the room and wrapping his arms around Roman from behind.

But what Virgil didn't know...

"Jan, he's right in front of us and everyone is downstairs.." Roman whispered as Janus began to kiss his neck and Roman gave him more room, almost unwillingly, but Janus knew he wanted this.

Was that Roman had been having an ongoing affair with the reptilian rapscalian for 3 months now.

"Oh please, he's completely passed out and nobody will be coming upstairs. Please~?" Janus pleaded, undoing Roman's belt and slipping his hand down his pants.

Roman bit his lip, contemplating, though he knew that he wanted this. Especially now.

Roman grabbed Janus' wrists and pinned him against the wall, kissing him passionately, which quickly turned into a heavy make out session.

Little did Roman know, Virgil was conscious through all of this.

Virgil lay in the bed, eyes closed and tears streaming from them. He couldn't move, he was just frozen, it felt like sleep paralysis in a way.

"Mm, Roman, who do you like more, me or Virgil~?" Janus whispered as Roman started attacking his neck.

"You, it's always been you baby~" Roman moaned against his neck.

(I'm cringing, help-)

Virgil just lay, listening to all of this, unable to move, hearing every moan and sweet nothing they would whisper to each other.

"I love you, Ro~"

"I love you too, Jan~"

If Virgils heart wasn't already broken in half, that was the last crack.

"Hey, Roman I saw you come in here earlier, is V-" Remus cut himself off once he noticed the heated scene in the corner of the room.

At that point, both of their shirts were off and Roman's pants were unbluckled, their hair already looking like they had done it.

Roman quickly jumped back and swung around, fear clear in his eyes at being caught.

"Re-Remus, it-its not what it-"

"Bullshit, Roman, what the fuck?!"

"Please dont tell Virgil or anyone else..!"

"I think it's a little too late for that," Remus snarled at him, noticing Virgil who now had his eyes open but still unable to move.

He was shaking and his cheeks were heavily tear stained.

"Oh God... V-Virgil I-"

"D-Dont," Virgil said, sitting up slowly, finally starting to be able to move again, "I was awake the whole time, I heard everything."

Virgil glared up at Roman through his hair while Roman stared back in shock and shame.

"Virge, let's go," Remus suggested, still giving Roman the death glare.

Virgil nodded and tried to stand up but immediately fell against the wall, Remus quickly darted to catch him but Virgil pushed him away.

"I'm okay, just.. lightheaded,"

He composed himself then nodded and started walking out the door.

"Virge, wait, please!" Roman yelled, grabbing Virgils arm and pulling him back into the room.

He cupped Virgils face as Virgil tried to rip his hands off him.

"Hot topic, I love you.."

"Roman, get off me," Virgil tried to make it seem threatening, but his voice cracked halfway through.

Roman didnt listen and kept trying to beg Virgil to stay as Virgil tried harder to get him off. Remus quickly stepped in after Roman didnt back down and shoved his brother back.

"He said to get off of him!" Remus growled, stepping in front of Virgil protectively, "so back the fuck off."

"Come on, Virgil," Remus said, beginning to walk out the door, Virgil followed him without waiting.

Roman continued to try and yell for Virgil but Virgil refused to listen, not even looking back at him until he had reached the door, glaring at Roman, "I dump your ass."

(I had to make the reference XD for those if you who havent watched Stranger Things, you'll be confused lol)

Remus and Virgil walked down the hall, the music slowly growing much louder with every step which make Virgils head pound.

"Where are we going?" Virgil decided to ask Remus before they got down there where they wouldn't be able to hear each other.

"My house. Here, take my hand," Remus said, stopping and putting out his hand.

Virgils face heated up, "I- uh- wh-"

Remus blushed but played it off as nothing, "so we dont get lost in the crowd."

"O-oh, y-yeah," Virgil stuttered, taking Remus' hand.

Remus lead him through the crowd, the front door and to his car. Remus handed him a small empty trash can with a bag in it.

"What's this for?" Virgil questioned.

"I dont want you puking in my car. And you drank quite a lot for a lightweight."

"I am not!"

Remus gave him a look.

"I'll have you know, I'm like 5% Irish."

-Time Skip-

Virgil awoke in someone's arms, being carried somewhere. He wasn't sure when he fell asleep, but he really didnt want to wake up.

He felt himself be laid gently in presumably a bed, the covers being half put on him so that he could easily pull them up or kick them off in his sleep. He heard Remus sigh and felt a kiss against his head.

"Thank you.." Virgil mumbled.

Remus froze a bit in shock, thinking Virgil had been asleep, but looked back down at him.

"You're welcome, storm cloud," and with that, Remus flicked the switch off and left the door a crack open.

But anyway, that was cute, I enjoyed that. Sorry there wasn't much Dukexiety, I didnt wanna have them get together like right after Virgil just found out Roman cheated on him, like, he dont move on that quickly, not to mention he would most definitely gain trust issues after that.

But if y'all would like a part 2 for what happened maybe a few months later then I would gladly do that!
