A strong and clever one. Has a scary, regal appearance. Kingpin (idk what you call a female kingpin, Queenpin?) of a huge drug shipments, organized crime, and leader to large amounts of other criminals. Also is the owner of the cage fights very similar and just as gruesome to Queen Scarlet's except in a cage with the spectators having to pay an expensive fee to watch. Those fighting are usually witnesses or just those who can't pay up. The cage fights are more savage since they are in a smaller confined space and the fighter's tails are removed (making them unable to fly since tails are also needed for balance while flying) while Scarlet's fighters wings are clamped. And Rainwing's fangs are removed beforehand after what happened to Scarlet. And if the fighters don't kill the other, they are either both killed or the angered spectators spit fire at the cage making the fighter to end up burning themselves on the hot metal by their wings touching by accident to provoke them. Tattoos not optional. Doesn't wear jewelry because it makes her look weak. A living embodiment of all seven sins. Incredibly dangerous and violent towards Seawings and Icewings. Icewings and Seawings always get the worst punishments and usually immediately killed in the Cage. She must be treated by upmost respect too. Is treated like a queen among her followers. And treats the loyal ones like a pack and she's the alpha. In return for their loyalty, they are given protection from the other gangs, shelter, treasure (more like money, but they aren't paid to be loyal), water rights, and plenty of food. Feasts every night, and drug rights every other night. Battle scars are viewed as a sign of weakness unless they are achieved as a win. Hawthorne earned hers when challenging her uncle for spot as leader

Her parents were killed in the war under Queen Burn by both Blaze and Blister's army. That happened when she was small. Hawthorn was then sent to live with her uncle. Her uncle was the one who made her toxic by letting her read racist war propaganda about the other tribes when he was still angry and grieving his brother's death. Mudwings were an exceptional. He then ultimately made her a criminal by showing Hawthorne his soon to be 'family business'. It started out as a underground company of hitmen dragons could hire with an overly expensive fee but then blossomed into what it is now once Hawthorne took the reins of the company.
