Y/N P.O.V

Slowly, we all began to put together the pieces.

This was not the Meliodas we all knew.

Zeldris slowly pushed off of me and forced himself on one knewe. "Meliodas, I kept my promise. Now lift her curse!" Zeldris cried out harshly.

Meliodas began to laugh. "Oh Zeldris, does your heart still belong to that tainted goddess?" He smirked.

Zeldris let out a hitched gasp. "Even for Meliodas and you, this talk of promises is exhausting," Meliodas sighed.

"This can't be- why are you in Meliodas's body?!" Zel strained his voice to speak as he stood, me by his side to steady him. "Father-!"

"What exactly does this mean?!" Zeldris exclaimed, holding his shoulder in pain. "You said you would turn Meliodas into the new Demon King! We did everything you asked of us!" Zeldris continued his expression of confusion.

"Did you honestly believe I would pass on the throne to this traitor? I simply wanted a new, young, strong body. The Commandments are all fractions of my power. For Meliodas to take all of them in and become the new Demon King was only to prepare himself to become my new vessel," the Demon King explained.

"You have no right to do that! Leave Meliodas's body at once!" Elizabeth exclaimed. "Meliodas is your son right? Do something fatherly for your son for once!" Hawk shouted, jumping up and down to prove his point.

"I don't think he knows the definition of fatherly," I spat. "After all, he's doing a pretty job at it," I continued.

The Demon King laughed as if he was enjoying himself. "As spiteful as always Y/N. Perhaps if you were a demon I would let you hold my sons heart," he smirked.  "For my son, huh? I see...It is the role of a father to grant his son's dearest wishes. All right. I have a proposal,"

"I will life Elizabeth and Y/N's curse," The Demon King proposed.

"Would you look at that? He is being fatherly!" Hawk exclaimed a little too early.

"And then kill you both mercilessly. How do you think he will react once he sees your corpses and his brother weeping over his loved one?" He smiled maniacally.

Zeldris stepped in front of me protectively, a harsh glare towards the Demon King.

"Will his soul be crushed and loose the will to live? Or will he be relieved that the curse has been lifted qnd await death? Either outcome will work well for me. Don't you agree, Seven Deadly Sins?"

Suddenly, the Demon Kings claw went straight to attack Elizabeth. Last minute, Gowther stepped in and saved Elizabeth. Merlin formed a Perfect Cube around the group, Hawk; as well as Zeldris and I.

"Merlin! Let me out!" I cried out. "I want to help! I didn't make this sacrifice for nothing!" I explained.

"And that's exactly why I can't let you out!" Merlin explained. "We have to slow the progression of your curse as much as possible," Merlin finished.

Suddenly, the Demon King attacked the Perfect Cubes, destroying them in a single blow. I thought fast and pulled Zeldris into my chest, shielding his body as we roughly hit the ground.

"Stay here Zel and rest. I'll handle the rest," I didn't sat anything else before flying closer to the battle to join the others. It felt good to give him a taste of his own medicine.

"I don't understand. Why put up this pointless resistance? I offered to release you from your curse and give you both a peaceful death," the Demon King spoke with a sigh.

"Heyyy!! Demon King!! If you hurt Y/N or Elizabeth than you'll have to deal with me: the Scraps Captain whom now goes by the King of Scrapes!" Hawk shouted with a tall sense of pride.

"Hawk! You shouldn't provoke him-!" Elizabeth tried to warn the pink creature, but it was too late. The Demon King had already destroyed the Perfect Cube and began to crush Hawk in hid hand.

The sound of bones crushing met my ears and Hawk's squealed cries. My wind was clouded with anger, but before I could join the fight, Hawk had dissapeared.

"Heyy Captain, can you hear me in thereeee? I say we kick this unwelcome bastard outta' your body," a new voice had joined us. It immediately resonated in my mind and I knew whom this newcomer was.

"Ban!" Everyone cried out in joy.

"Kick the Demon King out? What an arrogant fool. And how do you expect to do that alone?" The Demon King laughed, thinking of Ban as nothing more than a fly.

Ban threw Hawk off to the side (in a friendly way-) leaving Gowther to catch the pig.

"Ban! Even if you are immortal, you can't do this alone!" King worried. "I'm not immortal anymore, actually. I revived Elaine and used up all of the Fountain of Youth," Ban sighed.

"You dummy," I sighed, yet I had a small smile. We all truly do crazy things for love.

"Alright! Time to kick you out!" Ban cracked his knuckles, ready to save his bestie, aka- the pervert.

Suddenly, a huge gust of wind surronded all of us. We all ducked down, close to the ground, closing our eyea as we tried to withstand the wind.

One by one, all of us were blown away; the same with our surrondings. I used my magic to create a protective sphere around me. When the storm around us stopped, I undid the spell.

Everyone was schocked when we saw Ban engage in combat with the Demon King.

We all realized that Meliodas was fighting back in the Demon Realm when he began to step away from Ban's attacks.

Ban had the upper hand, until The Demon King wrapped his hands around Ban's neck and stabbed Ban.

"Sir Meliodas! Please you can't hurt Sir Ban with your own hands!"

"Mel! Please come back to us!"

"Please! Can't you hear all of us calling out to you!"

All of us shouted desperately for Meliodas, trying to save Ban's now mortal life.

"No matter how loud you shout, Meliodas can not hear you!" The Demon King smirked, sure of himself and his power.

"Listen!" Gowther called out to all of us. "I may have an idea," we all smiled in relief at the sound of this.

Gowther proposed his idea to us and set it in motion immediately.

Gowther used his magical ability to transport all of us into Meliodas's mind.

"Now, go to sleep. There is no one waiting for you," The Demon King fed Meliodas false lies.

When Meliodas almost closed his eyes, Elizabeth helped him rise from the ground.

"No." She started. "Look around, we're all here Meliodas!" Elizabeth exclaimed.

"You're all here....why? Am I dreaming?" Meliodas muttered to himself in shock.

"This is no dream Meliodas. We are all right beside you. In spirit form of course," Merlin explained. Many of us had begun to cry, happy that the captain was back to his normal self.

However, we all knew that we had no time for tearful reunions. We had to move quick and save Ban!
