Y/N P.O.V

The Ten Commandments power had slowly started to return to them. However, in order to swiften the process, they had to eat human souls. Melascula and Galand were tasked with watching over me currently. Zeldris, Gloxinia, and Drole all had their own tasks to attend to.

Derreri and Monspeet were going to watch me, but Galand and Melascula 'kidnapped' me before they could. Estarossa was completely out of the question. Zeldris never let him within a single foot of me.

The sky turned dark and souls if the dark surrounded the three of us. Galand chuckled, roughly grabbing a soul and eating it. "So this is what you were working on!" Galand cheered happily. The snake smirked, her smirk creepily creeping.

"Of course, I just had to wait until my energy was back~" She smiled until it grew into a smirk. "It appears that one of the souls has lost its rage. I can also sense a member of the Seven Deadly Sins," she cooed. "Really?!" My eyes lit up.

"What are we waiting for?! If it's not the sin that stole my memories, you're free to fight for who gets the soul~" I winked playfully before flying after Melascula once we set off.

"Elaine!" A fairy layed limp in a male's arms. His presence felt extremely familiar. It was odd. Whenever it came to the Sins, hurting them somehow felt wrong. The conflict of the two sides was enough to make my head pulsate.

"You're a member of the Sins as well!" I exclaimed. His red eyes immediately met mine. His eyes were almost animalistic, filled with rage and the lust for blood. The red eyes softened once they saw me.

"Y/N! What're you doing out here? Shouldn't you be with the Cap'n?" Ban asked. "Do you mean the Sin of Wrath when you say Captain? I refused the offer to leave with him," I stated. My voice almost seemed monotone, but it seemed to have a certain gentleness to it.

"What do ya' mean? You aren't making any sense-" his eyes darted to Melascula and Galand. Galand swung his axe towards Ban, but he jumped away, holding Elaine in his arms tightly.

"Galanddd!" I pouted. "Don't be so impatient! You have to let me speak with him first!" I puffed out my cheeks, flying towards the fox sin. "Only then can you kill him~" I sang.

"Those wings....." A girl walked over and took Elaine in her arms. "Ban! She's-" Jericho uttered in shock. "So you were a goddess the whole time, huh? No wonder you seemed to know so much," Ban smirked. His gaze was playful until it darkened.

"What are ya' doing here with these demons? I need you to explain to me what's going on," Ban pleaded. I ignored what he had to say. "Ban, you say? So you are Ban the Fox Sin of Greed then. Also known as Undead Ban," I explained as if I was reading a text book.

"Tell me, Sin of Greed, which one of the Sins took away my memories?" I asked. Venom laced my stoic voice and expression. "Is that why you're acting so strange?" Ban tilted his head to the side and ruffled his silver locks. "Looks like Cap'n was being reckless with Gowther. Don't worry, I'll get those back for ya-"

"It was the Sin of Lust then. You've been helpful to me. For that I thank you," I started with a small smile. "Unfortunately, you're no longer of use to me~" Ban's eyes widened. "Y/N-" he started to shout before Galand exchanged an attack.

"Darn it! Jericho! Take Elaine somewhere safe!" Ban yelled. Jericho was hesitant, but slowly as Elaine gained consciousness, the two tried to work together. "Y/N! I need you to take my hand, okay!?" Ban cried out.

"Whatever these demons have told you, it's not true!" I grit my teeth and growled. "Shut up!" I glared down at him as he fought with Galand. "Meliodas is not what he seems. He's a traitor and he's manipulated all of you sins. He even went as far as to fool Lady Elizabeth!"

"You sins took me away from my comrades and manipulated me as well. You took away my memories! You're all monsters!" I shouted, my voice cracked while the tears welled up in my eyes. I was furious; but everything just seemed wrong. It was like there were two separate minds in my conscience.

"I will get my memories back. I'll remember who he is to me! He's been suffering for 3000 years to only return to be in more pain since I can't remember! I can see the pain in his eyes. He's suffering and I need to understand! I need to understand who we were and the past behind all of this! The world has changed so much and I understand NONE of it!"

Ban's eyes widened. He pushed Galand away and jumped towards me, putting me over his shoulder. He set me down and held me by my shoulders. "None of that it true, don't you remember? Please!"

"Come back to us Y/N!" A sharp electric pain went through my head. The fog in my head cleared for only a moment. The dark marks retreated from my wings and back to my collar bone.

"Ban...." I mumbled in shock, the tears fell down my cheeks. For a single moment, I had remembered everything. I was torn between the two sides. My lover and my best friend. The Ten Commandments were manipulating me to help them.

Meliodas told me to stay near him; but I had to go and get my memories taken away. Things would have been different.

My head pulsated in pain. I moved my hands to grip my scalp. It hurt. Badly. I could no longer hear anything except for the empty ringing in my ears. My knees gave out and I fell to the ground. My head felt like it was splitting into two.

"I'm sorry...." I mumbled. "I'm sorry....i'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" I started mumbling to myself, repeating that same sentence. I was suddenly pulled out of my daze when a hand placed itself onto my head. I looked up to see Melascula with a soft smile.

"The nuisances are gone. Let's go after them and have a little fun~" She offered. In a single moment, all that I remembered was gone. The markings returned to their past state on my wings and arm. It was as if none of it had ever happened.

However....one single memory seemed to stay....

"You're the new sin, I see!" I smirked at the taller male. He smiled and nodded. "Yeah! How 'bout we go drink to celebrate!" Ban cheered. Meliodas smiled brightly. "I agree!"

As soon as I first layed eyes upon Ban, I noticed his eyes. His eyes were dull, much like mine. His energy was low and his eyes seemed tired. From the first moment I met Ban, I could feel uis heartache.

Later that night, I had woken up. Meliodas was unconscious; but Ban was nowhere to be found. I left the tavern to see Ban out on the front porch of the Boar Hat.

"What are you doing out here moping around?" I asked playfully, sitting myself down next to him. He sighed. "Seeing your constant smile just reminded me of someone. I failed to save her and now she's gone," he growled, digging his nails into his arm. I nodded. "I understand that,"

I looked up at the sky just in time to see the light path of a falling star. "Look Ban!" I tapped his shoulder and pointed up at the sky. "You know; shooting stars can be used to make a wish. Why don't you make one?" I gestured to the sky.

I stood up and let my hair blow in the wind behind me. "I don't know if this helps at all, but I think of shooting stars as a way of someone we can't see trying to communicate with us. Even if we can't see them. We still feel connected somehow. Shooting stars are like them saying that we'll be connected forever,"

"From the moment I saw you, I could see the pain in your eyes. I lost someone important to me too. I carry that same look in my eyes," I looked down at Ban and smilef softly. "But- we have to keep hope. It hurts to carry this pain, but a shooting star can always symbolize that they'll be back!"

Ban chuckled softly and stood up, ruffling my hair. "Thanks kiddo," he smiled softly. I looked up at him and puffed out my cheeks. "I'm not a kid!!" I whined. We both began to laugh. The echoes of our laughs, faded into that starry night.

I finally got a chapter done! Wooo hooo!! There wasn't any Zeldris in this chapter; but I wanted to focus on Y/N's relationship with the sins.

I see Ban as like an older brother to her. Gowther I can see as that one crazy cousin that everyone loves. Merlin's like a mother and Escanor's like a father. Meliodas is that one creepy friend that you can never get rid of, but love. King is like a younger brother and Diane's like an older sister.

I see them all as a tiny family🤗
