Me: Um...whatcha doin?

Mom: Puttin up work for you to do. It's 2 pm and it's still school time. You can do these assignments still.

Me: But whyyyyyyyy??? I had 32 assignments on that board that had to be done in two days and I got them done today! Can't I have a break?!?

Mom: *finishes writing* Hmm.....how bout you do 4 assignments from the clean board, then you can be done for the day. Sound like a plan?

Me: ....

Mom: Say "Yes mom.".

Me: *puts laptop in chair* *walks to school table* Fine...

Mom: Close enough. *walks out*

Me: *hold back the amount of rage that will cause me to rip my white board off of my wall and throw it out the window*
