Your POV

I was watching Josh while he was strumming his guitar. I think he was writing a lot more. I couldn't help but smile at the thought of him having inspiration to write more songs. I moved like an inch making him glance my way, I only could smile at him. He smiled back before setting his guitar down. He got up and moved over to the couch where I was lying on. He moved between my legs and laid his head on my stomach.

" Are you all right?" I whispered

He hummed in response and gently ran his hand over my bare leg. I watched him a little before I used my hand to run my fingers through his messy curls. I soon felt small kisses over my shirt and smiled.

" You seem very touchy tonight, not that I'm complaining. " I softly said

He glanced up and grinned a little and continued the kisses up my stomach until he made it to my lips. He didn't kiss me though which had me leaning up some just so I can feel his on mine. He playfully pulled away.

" Joshua! Stop being a tease." I said

He let out a laugh before finally kissing my lips. It was slow at first, then it got more needy. I felt his tongue ask for entrance and I could only grin and deny.

I felt him slip a hand under my shirt making me gasp due to his hand being a little cold.

We both fought for dominance, but he easily won that.

Joshua was now in the shower while I was making breakfast, since it was my turn. I was still in my pajamas, since I'm taking one after we eat.

Soon I heard the shower shut off and smiled knowing he would come out. I heard the door open and saw him walking out with just a towel around his waist. I smirked and tossed the spatula I was using and caught it while I threw him a cheeky whistle. He got flustered like always even though we've been dating for almost a year now. " Looking good, baby." I said

He grinned and walked over making me blush some. " What happened? You were being cheeky like a second ago." He whispered before giving me a small kiss to the back of my ear. Before his hand gave my hip a small squeeze. He then walked into our shared bedroom to get dressed.

I felt really flustered all of a sudden. It took me a few minutes to get back to finishing making breakfast.

Joshua's POV

I closed the door of the bedroom and then fell softly against the door. Being close to her made me feel jelly like. And yea I know we've been together for almost a year, but it still feels like the first week we started dating.

I watched her laughing at something she was telling me. I couldn't help, but keep the smile off my face. Watching her be like this feels like she's like a little kid. She's being so carefree and she's so comfortable around me. She glanced over at me with an adorable confused face. " What's with the look?" she questioned

I smiled and playfully said, " Just nice to see you being yourself."

She got flustered super fast and I couldn't help, but chuckle. " Joshua, shut up." She whined and covered her face which kept getting red. It only made me laugh more. I got up and started clearing the table to do the dishes. I came back over to the table and placed my hands on her shoulders. I then titled her head up and kissed her lips. She smiled into the kiss, before I pulled away. " I got the dishes, go shower, baby." I whispered and kissed her head

I then walked back to the kitchen to clean up. I then watched her head off to the bathroom which made me glance over her with a small grin.

" I can feel you staring." She teased before closing the door I shook my head playfully and went back to doing the dishes.

I was lying on the couch when I noticed Y/n/n heading out of the bathroom. I grinned and said...

" Looking amazing, Baby!"

She blushed before closing the bedroom door away from my eyes. I just went back to flipping through the channels on the tv. The door opened soon after and she walked out and came over to me.

" Hey, you" I softly said

She smiled and walked over to the couch and didn't make a move to lie on top of me, which I didn't mind at all. I gladly let her, while I wrapped my arms around her so I was holding her close. Having her weight on me felt so comforting like I go to my happy place knowing she's with me and tells me she's the one. I smiled and kissed her head and whispered...

" One day, I'm gonna marry you. And I'll make sure it's the best day where you will remember it for the rest of your life."

She smiled. I could feel it due to her lying on me. " I can't wait for the day to come." She whispered and kissed my collarbone. She then moved further up my neck, then jaw before my lips.

" You're gonna be the death of me." I whispered and kissed her soft lips

She hummed into the kiss. " I love you" She whispered against them

I smiled into the kiss, " I love you more." I whispered before kissing her a little more deeper than how we first started kissing again. I also wrapped my arms tighter around her. " You will always be the one person I call, nothing will change that." I whispered on to her lips
