Bizarre right? It's a picture of my right foot, Just read on and It'll make sense

So one day at school, I was walking to Avid, if you don't know what Avid is then let me explain, Avid is a program for students to help them get prepared for collage (More like Col leg heheh...Undertale reference...) And basically life in general. This guy and I, we're both picked by the teachers to join their class, -you have to be chosen- and as we were entering the class ,we did all of the assignments and shit, and after that hour long class of writing and anxiety -I forgot something so it got me worried- we were lining up, and that same guy comes up to me and says

"You have teddy bear feet"
And I replied with
"What the hell are 'teddy bear feet'"
Then he told me something along the lines of
"It means you have very small feet"
So I looked at me feet and I personally thought that I had huge feet, by then another girl came up and said
"What shoe size are you guys?"
The guy replies with
"I'm size 6"
"Hahahaha I'm size 7!"
I just stood there and said
"I'm a 4 and a half....."

SO, DO I HAVE TEDDY BEAR FEET?! Don't get me wrong it doesn't get me mad, I don't take it as an hour nsult, but it's just really -and I mean REALLY- confusing to me :/
