Katelyn was just walking down the corridor at lunch when she saw a poster advertising the talent competition...

Phoenix Drop High is holding a talent competition!

The prize is that you will get to be part of a band! The band "StarStruck" is looking for their newest member!

(They all are pupils at PDH)

All of the people in the band include:

Garroth: Vocals (lead singer) and guitar

Vylad: Vocals and bass

Dante: Vocals and drums

Laurence: Vocals and guitar

"I'm so excited for this!" Katelyn said aloud.
"Hey, I heard you say your
excited about the competition?" Questioned a soothing voice from behind her. Katelyn turned around to see a tall boy who had luscious blond hair and bright blue eyes.
"Hey," smiled Katelyn. "Yeah I'm really pumped for this competition! This will be the first time I've sung in front of people...I mean I have once, but that was an accident!" Laughed Katelyn. The blonde haired guy laughed too.
"Heh I'm Garroth, was your name?" Asked Garroth aka blonde guy.
"I'm Katelyn," Katelyn replied.
"Nice name! I'll look forward to seeing you at the competition! Bye!" Said Garroth.
"See ya," waved Katelyn as Garroth walked away. "I'm so ready for this!" Announced Katelyn.

*Time skip to when Katelyn is home from school*

Katelyn was sitting on her bed. She was looking for songs and she finally found one! (I'm not gonna tell you the song just yet). Katelyn had now finished learning the song and felt 100% ready for the competition! "I wonder how well I'm gonna do?" Mumbled Katelyn.

*Time skip to just before the competition*

THIS IS SO SCARY!!! MY IRENE!!! Thought Katelyn who had now felt the pressure of singing infront of the ENTIRE SCHOOL!!! She tried to calm herself when she spotted other pupils waiting to audition. There was a guy with black hair and a red jacket, WAIT! DOES HE HAVE A SIX PACK!? Thought Katelyn. She just laughed really quietly and continued checking out her competition. There was a girl with orange and yellow ombre hair, another girl with orange hair and red eyes, a tall girl with hot pink hair and a mief~wa with pink hair. "Can the next entry come to the stage!" Called the headmaster as the girl with orange hair and red eyes went onstage. She headed out onto the stage to perform. Meanwhile Katelyn looked at the act order.

"Ok I'm going on sixth," mumbled Katelyn, talking to herself. She couldn't help but see Travis staring at her. "Oh my Irene it isn't my face he's looking at.." Mumbled Katelyn, tempted to go and punch Travis. She decided to let him live...this time.

Katelyn had worked out who was who by looking at the act order, so by now Lucinda, Aaron, Cadenza and Ivy have preformed Brendan had just got onto the stage. He started to sing 'I'm sexy and I know it'. (XD) Katelyn couldn't help but laugh, she didn't feel so bad when she saw everyone else was laughing too. Although part if Katelyn felt sorry for Brendan but she decided not to show it.

After 3 minutes Brendan was finally done and he came backstage again. "Ok next contestant please!" Called the headmaster. "It's now or never," said Katelyn with a determine expression on her face...
