Percy's POV

I looked around the school cafeteria, disqusted. Lunch today was fish sandwiches. Could you believe it?

A strange tingling feeling made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. Whispers gathered around the cafeteria, which gradually rose to gasps of horror.

Knowing what was coming, I reached behind me. A thin object slipped into my palm, and I turned to face a fine silver point, less than an inch from my face. The students fell into a stunned silence

I set the arrow on the table angrily and got up. "Really Thalia?!" I yelled.

My cousin stomped across the cafeteria in my direction. As she reached me, her hand raised and she slapped me across the face.

"That was for stealing from me, you little twit," Thalia growled. She slapped me again.

"That was for being an idiot." Another slap.

"And that was because I wanted to slap you again."

I smiled. "You are the best cousin ever. Gods, I love you." I hugged her. She hugged back just as tightly.

"Now give me back my knife," Thalia demanded. I grinned and slipped the thin knife from my jacket pocket.

She slapped me again, softer this time, and went back to her seat.

Wow. That was so stupid.

This just came to my mind randomly. Idk why. Plz don't hate lol.
