"plus 2a minus the 4... ugh. I'm hopeless. I'm never going to use this in life anyway!" Percy said as I tried to get him to actually do his homework.

"I know, but you can't go around announcing that we will most likely be dead before we can legally drink!" I argued.

"I still don't understand why the alphabet is in math, I have enough trouble with that by itself." Percy just gave me that cute little puppy dog look that always seems to work on me.

"no, no, no, no I already did your literature homework I'm not doing your math either."

"PLEASE"

"come on, Percy, there is two more problems on the page. work them out and then you can eat the cookies your mom baked."

"you're not the boss of me." he pouted trying to look cute

"just write down 24 and 48b" I gave in.

"COOKIE TIME! love you" he kissed me on the cheek and ran in to get cookies.

I stayed back in Percy's room and started to clean up the mess we made when I got an iris message.

Chiron was on the other end asking for me to make a trip to camp this evening. Percy came in with his fresh cookies, "hey, Chiron, something wrong?"

"sort of..." he answered "I just need you guys here pretty soon."

"alright, I guess we are on our way."

We walked up half blood hill-more like ran, we were so excited to be back. As soon as we got to the top, we saw everything just as it always had been but everyone was gathered by the campfire which had no fire in it. We made our way down to the camp fire hand in hand. As Chiron saw us, he made everyone make a path for us to get up to the front.

"We have some new campers..." Chiron started, "by some I mean many." He motioned over to the Hermes cabin and the whole thing was surrounded by boys and girls all around the age of 12 or 13. When they saw Percy and I, everyone was silent, and when the noise started again it was like they just saw their favorite person in the whole world.

We pushed our way through the crowd and found Travis and Connor at the very front

"What's going on here?" I asked them

"I don't know, we talked to Hermes and he said it could possibly be all of the campers that were never claimed but it can't be possible for this many offspring."

"Alright, what we may have to do is, whoever isn't claimed by next week we will travel to camp Jupiter and see if they get claimed there."

"Great idea." Percy agreed.

two weeks passed and most of the campers weren't claimed. Fall break was in a few days so during that time, Jason, Leo, Annabeth, piper, and I took all of the campers to camp Jupiter Leo took some on a chariot pulled by festus via. flying, Jason and piper's share traveled with tempest and his brothers, (blackjack tagged along with my persuasion) Annabeth and I used the fastest hippocampi my father could find.

Annabeth started chatting with a thirteen year old girl traveling with us that had a choppy haircut like piper's but a little bit longer, she had hazel eyes and a not so lean form, about battle tactics she used in all of the wars she had fought.

"I'm joleiah by the way." she said shaking Annabeth's hand "but most people just call me jo."

"you probably already know this but I'm Annabeth, daughter of Athena"

"it's nice to meet you. I swear, you and Percy are celebrities at camp. your names are in every other sentence."

Annabeth and I laughed at that.

"so you're the guy that beat this Luke person on your first week at camp? Chiron loves to tell that story."

"yeah, beat him with his own trick."

"that is just amazing." she said stunned.

"alright, I see the Roman walls, LAND HO" I shouted that last part so every hippocampi would hear and pull into camp.
