I opened the door to my apartment, throwing my bag and keys on the ground. Athena gave me some necessities for living, so I had a furnished apartment. School sucks. today, a guy named Alex would not stop flirting with me. I made a few friends though.

Audie, Anna, Wesley, James and Nicole were my friends. Anna and Wesley were a couple. They were a nice group of people to be around.

I sat down on my couch, and just laid there. I was thinking about camp. I wish I was there. it would've been so much better than school. most of all, I missed my seaweed brain. he always made everything better. I wish he was here. I heard a door slam. I went outside my door and didn't see anything. it reminded me of when Percy, Grover, and I- the original trio- would have to be able to leave at a moment's notice. I went back inside and went to the kitchen. I had food, but I did not want to cook anything. I ended up ordering a pizza.

after dinner, I finished all of my homework in a minute. all of this stuff was easy for me but, I would never need it in real life knowing that all that demigods need to know is how to kill. that's probably why Percy it's the best swordsman to walk the grounds of camp half blood. I went into my room and got in bed. I watched a little bit of t.v. feeling like an average teenager. I dozed off not long after that.

the next morning I got up early. on the first beep my alarm clock sounded, I turned it off. I got ready in a flash, and are breakfast even faster. I was wearing skinny jeans that had tears in the legs, a loose tank top, and a pair of brown boots. I ran outside and caught the bus just in time despite my getting up early.

I sat next to Audie when I got on the bus.

"hey." she greeted me "hi, " I responded

"I saw you caught the bus in the nick of time. did you sleep in?" "no, actually, I got up half an hour earlier."

"don't sweat it, some people have to get up at five in the morning because they want to look good and the bus comes to their house first." She said pointing to herself.

"that sucks."

"I know."

we got to the school and slowly made our way to our lockers. she was across the hall from me so we were only separated so that we could put our stuff away. we reunited not long after that, and we were back to talking.

"so, do you think any of the boys here are cute?" she asked.

"no, not really. and it wouldn't even matter because I'm not single." I told her.

" it doesn't mean anything if you think another guy is cute when
you're in a relationship."

I just shrugged

"so what's your boyfriend's name?"she asked me

"Percy" I answered.

"there's a Percy that goes here. he's pretty much the hottest guy in school." a wave of hope went over me. I connected the dots. His step dad Paul taught there, so they might have allowed him to come back after we blew up half the building.

I didn't want it to get to my head so I didn't get my hopes up.
