A/N: I know you guys are waiting for Arniee Angel but I can't stop myself from writing this. I was reading something yesterday and that inspired me to write this. I almost completed it in one go. Its a simple two shot. Hope you guys like it.

Alarm started ringing when the clock struck 8. A hand came inside from the comforter and searched for an alarm but after not finding it an irritated groan came from inside the comforter. But just when the owner of the voice could pull their comforter down, the hand found the clock and it stopped then with a relieved sigh the owner went back to sleep. 

9:20 AM,

"Wake up, my love."

"...."

After pulling the curtains and letting the sun rays come inside the room.

"My love, wake up."

"...."

Smiling and with a fond tone "wake up khushi my love."

Khushi continued to smile in her sleep not ready to wake up yet.

Shaking his head fondly at this cutest creature on the earth he tried again knowing exactly how to wake her up. He gently caressed her face tucking a strand of hair behind her ear kissing her forehead and then each eye. 

"Goodmorning my love, I love you."

She opened her eyes with a fond sigh escaping her lips. He shifted to give her some space knowing well on count of 10 she is going to start yelling and throwing everything. Just then khushi came back from her haze of sleep and saw time on her mobile. Her eyes widened and her hand went to cover her opened mouth. She yelled on top of her voice, throwing blanket and pillow from bed.

"SHIT..SHITT..SHITTTTT….I'M LATE I'M LATE FOR MY EXAM….NO WHAT I WILL DO NOW...I DON'T HAVE TIME TO GET READY...I'LL NOT REACH ON TIME FOR MY EXAM...I'M GONNA FAIL."

He chuckled watching her. He waited patiently for her to calm down and when she started getting ready in a hurry after calming down. He pulled an outfit of her day and made sure to place everything she needed for her exam to place on her study table. Khushi came after showering and got ready in record time taking all her things she left her house forgetting to lock her house again. 

He chuckled and shook his head, locked the door for her and went behind her knowing well she is gonna need his help to reach safely to her college.

He watched her waiting for auto impatiently. He stopped a auto for her and she hurriedly went inside it. After reaching her university she ran towards her exam hall. He watched her entering the hall just as the clock struck 10.

He smiled watching her from the window. 

"You love her so much, right?"

"So much. You know that aman. I'm here only for her."

"And you also know she can't be with you she didn't even know your existence. She can't even see you, Arnav."

Arnav clenched his fists knowing all these things are only truth. His love khushi whom he loves more than anything can't even see him. He doesn't belong in her world. He can never be with her because she is a human and he is dead. Humans can't see dead people but he can't stop loving her. He loves her too much to care for any other thing.

"I know Aman and I'm happy with her like this. I'm happy when I wake her up in the morning to help her get ready for college and take care of her when she forgets to take care of herself. So what she can't see me or love me. I love her and that's enough…….for now."

"Arnav you are my best friend and I just want best for you. I hope there is a way for you both to be together. I'm trying to find old ghosts who are here from way before us. They know something we don't know. I'm sure there will be something that can help you."

"Thanks Aman and if you don't find anything please don't be upset. I'm really fine like this."

Arnav went from there after giving one last glance towards khushi.

"I know you are not fine like this Arnav. I'm your best friend. I know you well enough to know that you want more. You want to be with khushi like a normal couple and I promise you Arnav I'll make it possible. I'll do anything for it afterall you are in this situation just because of me. I wish I never called you that day" Aman said to himself and then left from there.

At 1:30 PM,

"I'm gonna fail this exam. I'm sure of it" Khushi whined.

"Khush you say that after every exam and you pass every one of them so stop your whining baby" Payal said hitting her head playfully.

"Oww….it hurts....you are evil Payal" khushi said rubbing her head. 

"You deserve it kiddo."

"Akki bhai, what are you doing here?" Khushi said, hugging Akash.

"I obviously came here for my girlfriend. You know how much I love her and miss her" Akash said moving towards Payal hugging her.

Khushi widened her eyes and with the most dramatic voice replied "how could you do this to me Akki bhai. You just missed your girlfriend not me. No one loves me. No one is here to pick me up after my exam and no one is giving me hugs." She sighed dramatically.

Arnav sighed beside her with a painful smile on his face. "I'm right here my love. I came for you and I love you so much." 

He watched his love talking animatedly to her friends and shaked his head to remove those unwanted thoughts. 

"Arnav, don't be selfish, just be happy with what you have. No need to hope anything that can never happen" he said to himself.

"Drama queen if your drama is finished can we move from here. I planned a ice cream date with my girlfriend. So move from my way" Akash said, opening the car door for Payal.

Khushi huffed in annoyance and moved to sit in the car.

"Akash stop it. Let her be. She just finished her last exam of this semester. Why are you hell bent on spoiling her mood" Payal said, sitting in the passenger seat.

"I know Payal and don't worry I'm not spoiling her mood. I'm spoiling her. She deserves an ice cream date with her bestest bhai for studying so hard for exams. I just want to tease her a little before spoiling her" Akash whispered, kissing her cheek.

Akash watched Khushi in front mirror pouting and glaring at him crossing her arms. He chuckled and started the car.

"Calm down my angel. I don't like this frown on your beautiful face" Arnav said, putting his hand on Khushi's hand knowing she can't feel it.

Khushi became relaxed and closed her eyes tired from pulling many all-nighters for her exams.

"Sleep my angel. I know you are tired" Arnav said, tucking her hair behind her ears and kissing her forehead.

They reached ice cream parlour and Payal woke her up.

"Why are you disturbing me? It's your date planned by your sweet boyfriend. Just let me sleep, '' Khushi said in an irritated voice.

"Drama queen your Akki bhai planned a surprise for you for your hard work but if you want to continue your drama then we cancel everything, right Payal?" Akash said trying to fight his laugh.

Khushi opened her eyes shocked. "What? Surprise for me really."

She came outside and threw herself on Akash who caught her in his arms patting her head.

"Of Course for you, dummy. I know you were stressed for exams therefore I planned this for you. Now comes before I change my mind" Akash said smiling fondly at Khushi.

Khushi squealed in happiness and ran to order her favourite.

At 7 PM,

"Thank you Payal for all this shopping. I can't wait to try everything" Khushi said, exiting the car.

"I paid for everything and thank you Payal. That's not fair my lord" Akash said dramatically raising his hands.

"But Payal chose everything for me. You didn't even help one bit" Khushi replied sticking her tongue to him.

"But I planned everything. So I deserve a thanks" Akash said pouting.

"Stop both of you. Akash, you are a CEO of a company behave like a responsible adult always bickering with her '' Payal intervened to stop their silly fight again.

Khushi sticked her tongue again to tease him more realising Payal scolded only him.

Akash pouted at that and glared towards Payal.

"And khushi please baby stop you know he is a crybaby. Don't tease him much" Payal said with a serious voice.

Akash eyes widened at that "who side are you Payal? I'm not a crybaby." He sulked.

Khushi smiled and kissed his cheek "Thank you Akki bhai. I love you and you are the best bhai in the world."

"Best?" Akash said and continued sulking.

"No..Bestest bhai in the world" and threw her arms around him.

Akash brightened and smiled at her hugging her back. He then kissed her forehead.

"I love you too and now go inside. Take care, okay."

"You too. Bye."

"Bye khushi."

Akash turned towards Payal and smirked towards her. Payal raised her brows asking what.

"Now is the time for your surprise. Let's go, ''Akash said, opening the car door for her.

Payal laughed and said " you know you are the best man in the world. How can you manage to do everything perfectly while being so busy with your work."

"You both are my life Payal and I can manage anything for you. Work will always be after you both" Akash replied and started the car.

Khushi entered in her house and went straight to her bedroom and threw herself on the bed face down and let out a tired sigh. 

Arnav sat beside her and smiled at her. He started drawing soothing circles on her back. He was so into her that he missed what khushi was saying.

He blinked his eyes when khushi moved to sit. He pulled his hand back and looked towards her but he didn't expect to see Khushi staring right back at him. She was looking towards her like she could see him. Arnav brushed his thoughts and moved to stand but a hand stopped him.

He couldn't believe his eyes. Khushi was staring at him and holding his hand. He stood there shocked not knowing how to react.

"Yes I can see you and touch you Arnav '' Khushi said quietly staring at him with doe eyes.
