“Please tell me, I want to know…” Y/n said. Zane shook his head “Fine, but if you wouldn’t mind, could you get off of me?” Y/n asked. Zane put his sword away and stood up, “Don’t try to run.” he said. The girl giggled “Wouldn’t dream of it.” She said.

The giggle confused Zane, a girl had never done that in his presence before. Y/n noticed his confusion and giggled again. “I’m still confused as to why you aren’t scared of me.” Zane said. “You wouldn’t hurt me.” Y/n said “Well… I mean, you would..." she shrugged “You just don’t scare me.”

“But I should scare you, I’m scary. I’ve killed so many people.” Zane said. “Ehh… I guess.” She shrugged “Honestly, I find you more cute than scary.” Zane was extremely surprised by those words “... Cute...?” She nodded “Very much so.”

He blushed softly “Shut up.” He growled. Immediately after he said that she realized that he was blushing. She smirked a bit “But why~” She asked, almost sounding as if she had tried to seductively purr the words. Zane blushed darker and didn’t say anything. “Why do you want me to shut up~?” Y/n asked. Zane blushed even darker “Shut up!” He yelled.

She laughed “I don’t want to though.”

Zane growled “You will do as I say.”

“But I don’t want to.”

“I’ll kill you.”

“Ehh… I don’t think you would, you are going to try and figure out if I had any other intentions, other than thanking you.” She paused “I mean, I do, but I’m not going to tell them to you.”

“You will tell me.”

She shook her head “Even if you decide to take me as a prisoner, I’m aloud to have secrets.” She said

Zane growled but said nothing. Y/n only giggled as a response. Zane paused “I’ll get you to tell me.” He said.

“Hm? Oh, yea, sure you will.” She giggled again

Zane was getting really mad at this point

“You know, if you ask the right questions, you’ll easily be able to guess what my other intention is.” She shot him a cheeky smile.

Zane rolled his eyes “Fine, but you have to answer truthfully. Or I’ll kill you.” The girl nodded, she knew that he threatened to kill people a lot, but she was still surprised at just how often he said it.

Zane thought for a moment “You still haven’t told me why you wanted to thank to thank me for killing your parents.” He said and looked at her. She thought for a moment “Well, that probably won’t help you find out what my other intention is, but it’s because they were both abusive.” She said

Zane was surprised to hear that, he opened his mouth to ask a follow up question, but she cut him off “I’d rather not elaborate, please…” She said. Zane rolled his eyes but decided he would give her that. “Fine.” He said “You said you read everything that you could find on me. How much did you read?”

She smiled “I’m honestly really proud of the answer to this question.” She said “I read everything I could find on you, starting with the earliest I could find. The wasn’t much at my home town so I went to where the last article had mentioned, the library had, there was honestly a lot there, a few books, and a lot of articles.” She said “So I did a lot of reading.”

Zane nodded “Interesting.” He said “Is the other reason a bad reason you wanted to find me?” He asked. Y/n paused “That’s a complicated question.” She said “In my opinion, no, not for either of us.” She paused “And for the rest of the world, most people, they would probably think it’s a bad thing.”

“What’s that supposed to mean?”

She smirked “Nope, that would give the answer away.” She said

"I'm sick of these games! Tell me what I want to know!" Zane yelled, pulling his sword back out

She giggled once more "You wouldn't kill me. I know it."

Zane grabbed her arm and held his sword against her neck again "I can and will. Now answer me." He moved the sword so she could talk

She thought for a moment "I don't know how to say this." She said "Other people might say that it's bad, I've been called insane, they tried to throw me into the loony bin. But I don't think it's bad at all."

"Tell me."

"I've fallen in love with you."

He instantly dropped his sword, extremly suprised "W- What?!"
