Lucas lived a rather wealthy childhood, personal chefs, maids, mansion, yeah. He had it all. The only thing that made his childhood a little less than perfect was that his parents were almost never around, leaving babysitters to actually raise him and his older brother Tommy. 

But Lucas was okay that his parents weren't around, because that meant he could cause trouble without really being punished for it. So from an early age he never really had a father or mother figure to learn from. 

As he grew up, he came to a realization that he might be gay. With all the support from online platforms and his friends in high school, he thought that he could come out to his parents successfully, and that maybe this could bring together the family of four in some way.

It did the opposite of that. When Lucas came out to his parents, they were first confused, but then furious, "You aren't my son if you choose to be one of.. them." So sadly, they put him through conversion therapy, camps and basically torture to 'shake' this off of him. 

And all of this broke Lucas. He lost total connection with his parents and brother, leaving him completely alone until college. When he graduated high school, he escaped the hell hole and lived on his own. Freedom to be whoever he wants. And now he's in college and he yearns to help kids who where in the same situation as he.
