Noire is back! I'm not sure if any of you play Fire Emblem Heroes, but they have seasonal banners and they rereleased the second summer banner from last year. I didn't get Noire last year, and I'm really hoping I'll get her this time. Even though I think her art could have better proportions... Anyway, I just really want one of my favorite Fire Emblem characters.
