"Im scared" said Emma as we slowed down I looked at her "we need to find a shelter" I said looking at a house I started to walk over."Wait " Emma said hoping I won't break into the house. I started a slow run to the door I stopped thinking it might be unlocked.I gave the door a tug the door opened slowly with a huge creak sound.I walked inside hearing Emma say "don't you could get hurt" I ran into the kitchen and opened the fridge there was orange juice,turkey and butter but I knew it wont taste as good because the power went out some time ago.I shut the fridge and opened the cabinet I saw a pack of water, ten long beef jerky sticks,half a thing of cheese balls ,and a box of pop tarts.

 I took off my back pack and put all of it in Emma finally came into the house looking like she was scared I died."You scared me" she roared I put my finger to my mouth to tell her to be quite.I ran over to the door and locked it "what is this about?" she asked I opened the fridge and said " we have to say here but to stay alive we have to grow,hunt ,or steal" she looked sad but Emma said "its for the better best" I saw the hallway so I walked over there hoping there were beds.Then I had a sound like something was clawing the door trying to get out.Emma ran over with a knife "here" she said hoping I would do it.I stood there for a minute thinking about if I should or not I took the knife and opened the door...
