Clover's POV

It's been a week since our fight and Forest has been hanging with Veronica and Jojo more often. I try to ignore him but it's just so hard to see him with my enemy. I went to my class and sat down next to my bestie: Jenni. "Hey Clover! What's with the sad face?" she asked. "I-It's just that me and Forest are not friends anymore..." I said, trying not to cry. "Ughhh! Forest is a jerk to you. I remember that mom said that your dad used to ignore her in high school. Huh, ironic isn't it?" I mumbled "I guess..." "Hey! Cheer up girl! There's other guys that you could be with! Like hmm maybe Jake!" Jemi suggested. "W-What?! Jake?! No!" I yelled surprised. "It was just a suggestion..." she said, looking down. I said "Look, I'm sorry that I yelled at you. I'm just stressed out that's all." Jemi nodded and said "It's ok. I know what you mean." the last few days have been stressful because of Dad gone and Forest ignoring me. After class, it was free period so I took a deep breath and saw Forest. I'm going to tell him that I was sorry. I thought as I started walking towards him. I was stopped by Veronica and Jojo and Jojo said "Where do you think you're going Pinky?" Irene, I hate that name. I thought but said "Just going to speak with Forest. Why?" Veronica said "Oh no you wouldn't! You hurt him and he doesn't want to talk with a girl whose mom bullied people when she went here! Now, leave." I was shaking with rage and said "Get out of my way Veronica." "Nope! You will not get near my man!" Veronica said, smirking as she was enjoying my rage. I took a deep breath and said "I'm going." I tried to get past them but they pushed me against a locker. Veronica said "Now now Clover. We don't want to do the hard way, do we?" I spit into her face and she yelled "Hard way it is! Besides, Forest will never believe you cuz you're just a idiot! Forest's a moron but that's what I like about him. He's so easy to believe that I'm a nice, innocent girl but really, I'm a-well you know already." "Huh?! Is that so?" someone yelled and I turned my head to see Forest standing there with anger in his eyes. Veronica quickly let go of me and said "H-Hey Forest! I-I was j-just telling C-Clover here t-that how hard t-these l-lock-lockers were! Heh heh heh!" Man, she's stuttering like Garroth on a Tuesday! I love it! I thought. "Huh. Sureee you wereee! It looks like you were telling how stupid I was to me." Forest said, rolling his eyes. "Please believe me Forest!" Veronica yelled, tears rolling down her face. "No b*tch." he said, coldly. "OOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I heard Sam and Abby say in the background. Shock was in her eyes as Sam said "Hey Veronica. Two words." "Karma b*tch!!!" Abby finished the sentence for Sam. Veronica took off running with Jojo and Forest hugged me saying how sorry he was. I told him that I forgive him and I was just happy that I got my best friend back.
