Quirk description: She has the ability to manipulate all forms of energy and ether, and has an electric &  lightning based in power, along with  technopathy. She can generate things with energy, and usually has a pair of fairy like energy wings behind her, and has pointed elven ears. She can regenerate and heal herself rather quickly is she diverted her power to do so. She can also use magic

Weaknesses: she is rather reckless and can overcharge herself, and has an energy limit. She has her own vast energy well that's constantly replenishing herself, but can surprisingly sometimes exceed it before it can recharge, and tire herself out. Even after it fills moments later, she can still feel drains since she's putting a strain on her own energy her body needs.

Weapons: energy staff, nunchucks with lightning connecting the handles like a chain, her lightning bolt hair pieces to design herself, energy pulse ring gauntlets, energy sword, energy dagger, spellbook she writes notes and designs in.

Backstory: She's the only child of the Pro Hero Energy storm and Zillia EnergyBlade. Zillia built her tech corporation from the ground up, and when she and Zero got married, she helped him found his hero agency. She has zenith scout for people to bring into her cooperation, while zero has her look for heroes that fit in with their work. She's very bright and gifted, and will one day inherit both companies. She wants to advance technology and create whatever she desires, which her parents support. When she was young she created multiple weapons, which became world renowned. She even made her own personal Artificial intelligence software, which does get used with the companies. She named it voltz, and the ai even has an android form. She got bolder, and in recent years created an experiment, which was almost flawless. Her parents passed Luni off as this abandoned child they found, but zenith quickly had her age so she'd be similar to herself, which they covered up her existence until they made up their stories. Luni Is a very loyal create she created from scratch, and behaves almost like a human, except has no soul. She began the frameworks of her second, which was to be more of a support, which She called project Hikaru. Her parents made her put it on the back-burner since they could only handle one, and they need to monitor Luni more first. She and Luni got accepted into the exchange student program and where shipped off to U.A.
