👑Aron's POV👑

After Jess went out to buy groceries, I thought of doing something special for her. So, I thought of making cupcakes. Though I'm not a great baker, but I admit I can cook quite well. I open the fridge. Fuck, there's not a single thing to eat. There's only fruits and vegetables. Who the hell eats fruits!
Its not even a food. I hate vegetables. But I need to do something special for her. My first idea is ruined! What can I do?

Think Aron, think, you have a brain, right? Then use it, moron! I'm still thinking!
Then suddenly I hit an idea. I look at the garden. I think I can pluck some flowers for her and then make a flower bouquet. I go to the garden and pluck some flowers. The roses smelled so sweet. I hope she will like them. I make a bouquet and put then the table with some Swiss Chocolates. Everything's perfect! I know its not much but I think she will love them!

I turn on the TV and sit down. I'm bored, why isn't she coming? Its been so long. I'm worried right now! Is she okay? I think I'm getting a bit hyper. I think I would wait for some more time. I lie down on the sofa, but I'm still restless. Its been two hours!
Two fucking hours! Where the hell is she? I think I should go out to find her. When I'm about to open the door to go out the bell rings. I run down to open the door quickly. When I open the door, I'm dumbstruck.

"What the hell Jess! What just happened!" Horror struck me.
Her head is bandaged and a drip of blood is still on her face. Her dress is also stained with blood, blood is still dried on her hands.

She gets inside without saying anything and sits down. What the fuck just happened! How did she even get hurt!

"Will you fucking tell me why on earth are you covered in blood? I wasn't with you for a couple of hours and you hurt yourself! What's wrong Jess? I'm scared, tell me." I say worriedly.

Finally Jess speaks," Let me explain, Aron. When I got the stuff from the market, I was crossing the road. At that moment, a car just sped right towards me. My head had stopped working! I didn't know what to do. When I ran into another direction, the car too went towards me. Then a man just pushed me when the car was about to run over me. I escaped by a few seconds because of that man. If he hadn't pushed me at that time, I would be dead by now!" Finally Jess finishes and my gaze falls down.
I hug her tightly. She grips my neck and puts her head lightly on my shoulders.

"Jess, I think you should lie down and take rest. Go upstairs and then freshen up."

Jess nods and says,"Yeah I will. But I'm really confused. The car was chasing me as if it was trying to kill me intentionally. What if that man hadn't saved me? I would be dead,  Aron. But why the fuck does anyone want to kill me!"
"Jess, calm down. You take rest. I will handle Everything." Finally a convinced Jess goes upstairs.

What the fuck! Why was the car chasing her intentionally. Why would anyone try to kill her! It can't be him, right? Can he?

At that moment, my cell vibrates.

Unknown number is calling.

I answer the call and before I could speak the voice said, "How was the surprise son?"

Horror struck me. Fuck!
