White froze in her place and looked up at the exotic cat only inches away from her face. "H-hi... Pinetail sent me to-" she was cut off by an excited gasp. "Pinetail is ok?!" a gray tom from behind jumped for joy. "Im her brother, the name's Crowtalon." the gray tom said. The ginger cat now behind him rolled her eyes. "Im Sparrowshine." She stated, sheathing her claws and relaxing. White noticed a silent white kit behind them, staring in wonder at her.
   White looked back and forth at the kit and then Crowtalon. "Oh, right, thats Whitepaw. Its his first time out. He's a new apprentice, and im his mentor." White noted this and looked at the kit. "Our names are alike. Im White." Both cats looked at White. "We should go, if you're coming. Me and Pinetail will explain later." White said as she got a whiff of other cats approching.
   "Yeah." Sparrowshine and Crowtalon followed White back to the big rock, followed by Whitepaw. "Pinetail! Im back! I brought your brother!" White called once she was past the small stream to get into the "camp". Pinetail poked her head out of the largest den, right beside the entrance. "Crowtalon! Sparrowshine!" she called. The two cats looked at her and eachother and smiled. "Pinetail!" Crowtalon ran towards her and licked her cheek. Sparrowshine gasped at the kits and looked up at Pinetail.
   "So this is why you were gone so long..." she sighed. "It was Barkwing wasn't it...?" "It dosent matter who it was" Pinetail hushed Sparrowshine. The eldest kit spoke up, "Pinetail, who are all these cats...?" The three kits looked around in terror at all of the new bodies in what would be fitting as a medicine cat's den.
   Pinetail introduced her three kits to their uncle, Crowtalon, Sparrowshine, White, and Whitepaw. Pinetail then realized something. "White. This clan is already on a roll. We have a medicine cat, an unofficial leader, a possible deputy, a queen," she cut off, glaring at Sparrowshine and her swollen belly. "... And kits..." she said, looking down at her own three. "Well, how do we make me official...?" White asked. Pinetail smirked. "That my friend, I'll show you. She told Sparrowshine and Crowtalon to watch over the young ones and beckoned White out of camp with her.
   "I did my own exploration of this place and found a perfect place to connect to StarClan. Now I'm going to show you." Pinetail lead her straight ahead and chatted her head off the whole way. But White didn't complain. After all, these cats were going to be her new family. Might as well get used to them.
