Beom

The week with Bangtan goes by fast. From learning new choreo to different songs, to recording them...(Let me just say that the choreo to Mic Drop has me shaking, and Go Go is so much fun!) it's been full of Bangtaness. But also my group is getting closer and closer to our debut, which will be in 3 weeks at Big Hit's annual showcase!

But since it is Sunday, and the last day of this week before I have to switch back and go back to Geode's house, BTS decided to shoot a BTS Run! 

Cue intro inside my head, and a bunch of access denied tape and what sounds like I want money money money, but it's not although it's true. I do want money. I want it a lot...ha ha see what I did there... it's translation of the actual lyrics

"Hello, and welcome to Run BTS!" We all say in unison and cheering. while BTS forms a huddle around me, hiding me from the camera's view.

"As most of you have heard, we have a new member!... Beom-Seok!" They move away, and revel me.

"Hello everyone, my name is Beom-Seok! Pleased to make your acquaintance. I hope that I will live up to my role for stepping in for my Hyung while he is taking a break. I know that they are big shoes and wide shoulders to fill, but I will try my best!~ I will be forever grateful if you give me the love and support that I know you have for BTS!"

The members clap for me, and Jimin gives me a hug, and Jungkook slings his hand around my neck, and pulls me in to ruffle my hair. "You hear that!? I'm no longer the maknae! I get the privileges of honorifics!~!" he says excitedly.

"Wahhhh, Jungkook-ah" I say trying to escape my hold, but he just tightens his hold on me, pulling me closer toward him. 

"Say it with honorifics dongsae!" he smiles cheekily.

"What ever you want... Oppa" I say back smiling as fake and sweet as I can. Jungkook doesn't react, and instead he messes up my hair further.

"Wahhh Jungkookie you get mad when other people call you Oppa, but clearly not Beom, and he's a guy!" J-Hope teases, coming over to pinch Jungkook's cheeks, which finally makes him let go of me.

I fix my hair, and look at the camera, "You hear that ARMY's if you call Jungkook Oppa sarcastically, then he won't mind it. You should take notes so next time he won't be so savage and need to ask for your age or for your birth certificate beca-" Jungkook claps his hand over my mouth to shut me up. He pulls me close and whispers, "No, only you're allowed to call me Oppa~"

 I jerk away, face reddening, and slapping his hand away. "Gosh Jungkook, can you please no-"

Taehyung pulls me away from Jungkook, and tucks me into his side furthest away from JK. "What did he say to you?" He asks me, and my face reddens. Jungkook leans over with a devilish smile, and whispers what he told me to Taehyung. Tae laughs, but shoves Jungkook away, and leans down to me. "But really I should be your only-"

"Let's get this show on the road so I can go sleep." Suga yawns, and J-hope rubs circles in his backs, and gives him a sholder massage. "Ah~ My poor turtle grandpa Yoongi." he grins, which causes Suga to swat at him.

"Okay, so what are we doing today then Rap Mon?" J-hope asks Namjoon since he is MCing, while still massaging Suga.

"Aniyo, it's RM now." Jimin cuts in.

"Oh, oh ya, you're right."

"Todaaaaaaaaaay," Namjoon starts, and everyone starts to drumroll, and Hobi drumrolls on Suga's back "we will be doing dance improvisation as suggested by you ARMY's! Our production team will play a song, and we need to dance until they decide to turn off the song. Amongst ourselves we will decide who wins"

"Are we allowed to vote for ourselves?" Jungkook asks.

"No." Namjoon replies simply

"But why?" Yoongi asks, "because then who else would vote for Joonie-"

"But I am the best tho, so of course I would vote for my-" Jungkook says overtop of Yoongi.

They bicker over the point system a little bit, their voices over lapping.

"Aniyo, everyone would just vote for themselves and we wouldn't get anywhere. And plus, this is what the production team wrote down here, so that is what we are going to be doing." Namjoon concludes, and everyone quiets down.

"What about the loser though. What should we make them do?!?" Tae asks excitedly.

Namjoon flips through the cards. "It says that we can decide. But when we vote for the winner or loser, the points for winner gets awarded to a person, but if you get a vote to be the loser, then a point will be subtracted from the points that you have"

"Yahhhhhh!" Suga says excitedly. "I have an idea!"

"What's your idea?" J-Hope asks.

"We should punish the loser by deciding the song and dance style they need to improve dance to." Suga suggests.

Immediately I feel three pairs of eyes on me, and I shiver under the intense gazes. I see Jungkook lick his lips in anticipation.

"And let's say that the winner get to choose a member to dance to a song and style of the winner's choice." J-Hope muses smiling. The gazes on me intensify... I feel like if I had strips of bacon, I could cook them under the gazes that are on me.

"So the loser does 2 dances, one that all of the members choose, and one that just the winner chooses." Namjoon clarifies.

"Let's drawn names to determine the order!" Suga cheers.

And there is only one sentence that can tighten the tension in the air, and that was it.

Man, this is going to be one hell of a Run BTS!

Let's time skip because I don't want to describe a dance description. But let's just say that JK and JHope are super extra as they always are. Jimin does some of his old contemporary moves as well as some other ones. Suga twerks. RM does his thing (you know...ya), and Tae just is Tae... but I mean you can look at the "little dance break" that was like the "warm up" in the latest Run BTS (Ep. 30). Note Beom dances rather well because she loves improve dancing, and often challenges her Geode members to dance battles.

Finally when everybody is done doing their "dance" it's time to vote. 

"Okay, so how this voting system will work is that we will each write down who we think is the winner, and who we think the loser is. Make sure you make it clear who is what!" RM says,  getting the paper from the production team. Each of the members quickly take a paper and pen.

Before we split to write down the names, of the winners and losers, I notice Jimin, Taehyung, and Jungkook all give each other a meaning look before dashing off to write their names. I sigh. I'm in for it aren't I? But that's just me being cynical. I'm sure that all three of them will definitely not write me down as the loser, and hope that Suga Jhope and Joon will not all write that same person as the winner...

I look down at my own paper thinking about who I should put down as winner and loser... Winner... hmmmm... I think it has to go to Jimin this time... His dancing makes me weak... actually all of their dancing makes me weak, but the nuances Jimin has to his modern dance back ground!!! UGH! Coming from a modern dance background myself... he's just so amazing.

And for loser... I don't know who to choose... In the end I don't put anyone down because I think that everyone was amazing. So, I just hand Jimin's name as the winner, and sit waiting.

Once all the papers are in, we seat ourselves in a line on the floor. The production team busies themselves over calculating the scores. 

While we wait we mess around by passing on claps. So basically it's a game where you try to keep the rhythm. You clap, and then the person next to you claps, and that then determines the rhythm, and then the person next to that person tries to get the right rhythm. If he does he can start a new rhythm. If he doesn't he get's slapped on the thigh. Taehyung always rushes the rhythm, so he already got some resounding slaps on the thigh from Suga who gleefully hands out the punishment. I made sure not to mess up because I'm sitting next to Jungkook, and I don't want to give him any reason to hit me, cause I know it'll hurt.

The production team hands RM a folded sheet of paper before rushing off the set. Why does the production team always try to hide from the cameras? Everyone immediately stops the game and waits impatiently for RM to reveal the winner and loser.

When RM opens the paper, he laughs... uncontrollably. Instantly making all of us curious, we all lean in, and RM instantly tries to hid the sheet. "Back away guys, and let me tell you the results. I won't read it unless you guys sit back down. Everyone immediatly sits down except for Jungkook, who tries to sneak closer to Namjoon to snag the paper away, but JHope pulls Jungkook to sit down next to him, holding him in a head lock.

"Don't you dare Jungkook-ah~" JHope laughs messing up Jungkook's hair. Once everyone is settled, Namjoon looks at the results, laughs again. Then sighs, " Okay, I'll announce the winner first. Drum roll please." Everyone does a drumroll, and JHope mock does it on Jungkook who he sill has in a looser head lock, "Is... Jimin with 3 votes!"

Jimin jumps up and dances around, then bows to us and the camera, "Gomabseubnida, thank you so much!" he claps his hands and then sits back down. 

"And the loser..." Namjoon looks at the paper and chuckles again, "Is Beom with -2 points. She had one originally, and I'm not ashamed to say that that point came from me, but it seems as if there were three people out to get you." he says, eyes shinning as he looks at me, and gives the rest of the maknae line a side eye. 

I groan, collapsing to the floor, and  Jimin's smile widens.

First off, I know that this is not an actual run episode, so I'm sorry about how boring it was... The next chapter will be the punishment dances, and the way I described the dancing is weird, so please bear with me.
