~In the classroom~

The students in class E were talking about ways to kill Yami sensei. Yugi just snorted at their weird plan.

"Oi, Yugi can you bring these papers to Yami-sensei?" Valon requested going in front of Yugi.

Yugi loooked at Valon and smiled.

"Why would I?" Yugi asked smirking.

"Because..." Valon trailed off as he placed the papers on top of Yugi's desk.

Yugi looked questioningly at Valon, curious at his actions.

Valon inhaled deeply, "You're the only one doing nothing here. Everyone's busy doing notes for the upcoming exams." Valon pointed at the other students doing reviews and such.

Yugi laughed, "Heh, then ask someone else. I don't want to do it." Yugi shrugged off and leaned back at his seat.

Valon kept staring at him and it bothered Yugi, a LOT.

"Tch, fine President no need to stare that much." Yugi said looking away.

Valon smiled at Yugi as he watched the small tri-haired color teen get the papers and went out the room.

'Jeez, of all people. Why me! Tch, if only we could kill students too. I'll kill him first then the students in class A next Ushio. Just slicing his head off, would be the nest thing I'll ever do.' Yugi thought sinisterly and stopped in front of the teacher's room.

He heard four different voices instead of three. The door was slightly opened and Yugi peeked through and listened to the conversation.

"Kurama, some students reported from a teacher that they were threatened by a tri-colored hair teen from your class." Yugi listened as the light green haired man spoke in his deep voice.

"They also told that the student looked at them evilly." The man with a sweet sarcastic deep voice said.

'Wait, that's me.' Yugi thought and sweat dropped.

"We're very sorry about that Principal Dartz." Kurama said apologetically.

"It won't hapoen again, Principal." Yami said.

"Well, I heared that the students from class E are getting better grades, this past two months." Dartz said.

Yugi saw Dartz standand looked at their three teachers and stayed looking at Yami.

"I can't have that now. The class E should have failing grades. It's all part of the system. In order for the other students to work hard. They have to think, ' I don't want to go to class E.' That's why I had class E up here in the mountains. To be shunned from the whole school. A class that'll make the other students look down at them and brag off how they're not in class E." Dartz said with a sweet irritating tone.

Yugi clenched his fist, ' who the hell does he think he is.' Yugi thought.

"That's a good logic to make the other sections work hard. But you're missing one point here, those children can strive more and surpass the other best students here. All it needs is a little bit of studying. Class E will not be the laughing stock of others." Yami said.

"Hm, very well then. I shall take my leave, good luck." Daetz said and opened the door. He walked out the room and saw Yugi leaning on the wall.

He smiles at him, "good morning." Dartz greeted and left.

Yugi sighed heavily, he went in and gave the papers to Yami.

"Yugi, wait up a bit. I'm just going to get my things." Yami said and Yugi waited.

After minutes, they were walking in the hallway to the room. As they arrived everyone lookes at Yami and Yugi went and took his sit.

"Everyone, you need to get in the top fifty this coming exams." Yami looked at them seriously.

"If you don't, I'll resign as your teacher, destroy the whole school and then the Earth." Yami said

"Sensei, you know that were class E right?!" Joey said.

"Yeah and we don't have what it takes." Otogi said and the whole class were filled with a gloomy aura

"Don't worry, I'll be teaching you all with all my strength and knowledge." Yami said and the whole class looked at him with cheerful smiles

"Okay sensei, we'll do our best." Everyone said smiling at Yami.

~Few weeks later~

After the intense teaching from Yami, the examination day arrived. Everyone was in the main campus building in the rooms tasked where they'll study.

The class E were in the room waiting for the papers to be given. The bell rang and the students passes the test papers at their back.

For a minute everyone was having a hard time dealing with the questions. It was too difficult for them.

The teacher assigned to look after them was having a smug look in his face. And the after minutes the whole class E were answering quickly.

The teacher was shocked from what he saw.

'Heh, if you can't understand wholey then find the weak spot of the question. With that everything will be clear.' Joey thought as he answered throuugh the test.

They were in a battle field and not in an exmination one. This is a battle where the one who's strong enough to go through stays.

Then all stopped when they saw a question, they've never know was going to be in the test.

'Looks like this is where we stop.' Joey thought and 'Tch' ed.

~School's principal office~

'Looks like it has began. The suffering of the class E. I made some last minute changes and added a question where I taught the other class sections. Those who are at the bottom, should stay at the bottom.' Dartz thought.

He laughed sadistically.

-----few days later-----

Everyone were gloomy, they knew that they didn't make it in the top fifty.

"What do we do? Yami sensei's going to leave us." Anzu said sadly...

"I don't know, tch. If we just knew that there were a last minute changes. We could've." Honda clenched his fist.

The door opened and the class looked down as Yami went in and walked in front.

'Looks like they're not happy at all. Those last minute changes in the exam really took the joy out of them. Just being cheated like that wasn't a fair battle to begin with.' Yami thought and cleared gis throat.

"So, we all know that I--"

"Sensei!! Don't leave us." Anzu said.

"Yeah Yami sensei, we, we need you." Otogi said.

"Please, we beg you don't go." Valon said.

"But you know our deal right!" Yami said.

Yugi walked in front of him and placed his exams on the desk in front of Yami.

"Sensei, looks like you can't do that after all. You said that if we get in the top fifty you'll stay. And you didn't say that all of us should get in." Yugi said as Yami looked at his exam papers,it was all perfect except for math, he had one mistake.

'Hm, I guess..' Yami trailed off his thought.

Valon, Anzu, Honda and Joey went in front where Yugi was and saw his papers.

"Woah, he got a 99 in math, Yugi , you're awesome." Honda said.

"And the others are full marks, then that means he's in second in the top fifty." Valon said.

"That means, Sensei's going to stay." Anzu cheered and everyone turned happy with smile on their faces.

"So Yami sensei, are you going to stay or you're going to go, don't tell me you're going to make the others as an excuse." Yugi said smirking and in seconds he felt arms around his waist.

"Of course I won't Yugi-chan." Yami whispered on Yugi's ears making him shiver.

"Looks like I'll be staying. Listen we're going to change how the other class thinks of us in class E." Yami said.

The whole room went "Hai" and laughed after. Yami sensei's going to stay with them and they'll be sure to work harder than before and assassinate Yami until march comes.
