Ability type - Age changing

 He can change in a Child/teenager(think Nezuko Kamado from Demon Slayer),he can't see when he is in child/teenager form but in his adult form he can see.

He has an ability to watch everyone and in child form he can use toy animals to match to a person and has sometimes exposed people for having 'special' time when in child form.

From child form and teenage form he wears a blindfold over his eyes,he will often have a creepy smile on his face.

Adult form Lucian has him look like a priest and his eyes remain closed and he still has his creepy smile,he often holds his hands in front of his chest(think Praying Mantis) and he hates eye contact.
