Who is this Character?
Ultron, constructed by the size-changing scientist Henry Pym himself, inadvertently gained sentience and rebelled against the Avengers' resident roboticist. After six months of failure, Ultron decided to create his own android to serve as a vehicle of vengeance against the Avengers. He placed the mind stone in his head, but the capsule was confiscated before he could transfer his consciousness into the Android. Vision was brought to left by the avengers, and assisted in tracking down Ultron. He was Moved by the Avengers Will, so he betrayed his programming and helped the mighty mortals defeat his creator. The Vision wished to become an Avenger, so Captain America, Thor and Iron Man all attacked him to test his power. He passed the test, and they admitted him to their ranks. Tentatively at first, the almost-human android embarked on a romantic relationship with the Scarlet Witch that turned into true love and eventually marriage. They spent several years with the group before retiring to live a quiet life in New Jersey, where they had twins.
The Vision's and the Scarlet Witch's children were then apparently revealed not to be children at all, but rather fragments of the soul of the demon Mephisto, who had been broken apart by Franklin Richards shortly before the birth of the twins. The twins were absorbed back into Mephisto, which temporarily drove the Witch insane. Although she recovered, she and the Vision separated, each operating on a different Avengers team. vision attempted to reconcile with Wanda, but she had gone insane, attempt to rewrite reality to bring her children back. She snapped, and ended up killing vision, who had to be rebuilt after.
Sometime after forcing himself to temporarily purge the emotions associated with his memories from his hard drive in order to keep his processing system running smoothly from the grief, the Vision decided to take his pursuit of humanity a step further and created his own family in order to live the "American Dream." He initially built Virginia, a fellow synthezoid, to serve as his wife, basing her mind off of Wanda. using both his and Virginia's brainwaves, he created the twins Vin and Viv. These all subsequently moved to 616 Hickory Branch Lane, a house in a suburb in Arlington, Virginia. The Vision continued working with the Avengers, and Vin and Viv attended Alexander Hamilton High School.
After Virginia killed the Grim Reaper, a human nemesis of vision and brother of Simon Williams, when he invaded their home while Vision was away, and hid the body, she was blackmailed by a neighbor with a video of her burying the corpse. While Virginia alone confronted the blackmailer, Leon Kinzky, the father of a young boy named Chris Kinzky who was Viv's lab partner in school, the situation escalated and Virginia put Leon in a coma after Chris died, reached by numerous stray bullets fired by his father. The Vision was eventually informed about these developments by Virginia after finding the Reaper's body by chance, and decided to help her cover her crimes for the sake of a peaceful life. However, tragedy struck the family closer than before when Vin was accidentally killed by the Vision's "brother" Victor Mancha while he was spying on the Visions on behalf of the Avengers, whom Agatha Harkness had warned of the android becoming evil. Vin's death led the Vision down the path upon which the Avengers had feared he would embark, as he decided to personally kill Victor, and battled fellow superheroes on his way to Mancha's cell in the Arlington Courthouse Jail.
However, Virginia prevented the Vision from falling from grace by killing Mancha herself, as she had used the magical plant known as the Wundagore Everbloom to witness, personally, the same premonition Harkness had observed. Later, before committing suicide, Virginia confessed her crimes to the police while absolving the Vision of his behavior, claiming that she had tampered with his operative systems to ensure that he could remain by Viv's side and that their daughter's future would remain uncompromised. The Vision and Viv picked up from what was left to move forward and rebuild what was left of their family.

History
Vision had been crushed for a second time. He was done trying to make a family, from loosing Wanda, then Virginia, he chose to take in children he found. He decided to built Voltz first, an Android daughter to protect the organics  he took in. Vivian already left, so he decided to start over again. After creating her, he first found Ruby, abandoned and alone. A few years later he stumbled across both Neona & Charlotte, who be brought in as well. Finally and most recently, he took in his youngest, Zonia. All his human girls where most likely mutants, though nobody can say on Zonia, since she's a toddler.

Who is this Character?
Virginia is a synthezoid created by the Vision in his process to humanize himself through the creation of a family. She was modeled using the brainwaves of the Scarlet Witch, a copy of which were given to Vision years ago by Wanda herself as a gift. Using his and Virginia's brainwaves, Vision later created their children, the twins Vivian and Vin. The Visions moved to Arlington, Virginia in order to facilitate Vision becoming the Avengers' White House liaison. The family became instant celebrities, with their neighbors constantly seeking pictures, which they shared online. This caught the attention of Eric Williams, The Grim Reaper, who became upset that Vision created a family appearing to be happy, when the Williams family wasn't, as well as the fact the Vision's brainwaves were taken from his brother Simon in the first place.
One night while their father was away with the Avengers, the Grim Reaper broke into the Visions' home, running Viv through with his scythe. Vin rushed to her aid, but he too was struck down. Virginia then flew into a rage and seemingly beat Eric to death in front of her wounded children with a cookie sheet on their kitchen floor. In an ill-conceived attempt at keeping the harmony of her household, Virginia buried the corpse of the Grim Reaper in their backyard, and lied to Vision about the events that had transpired, claiming the Grim Reaper had fled during the battle. She thought the matter was settled, until she received via mail a phone with a video somebody had recorded of Virginia getting rid of the Reaper's corpse.
Virignia was later summoned at midnight to the house of the video's mysterious sender in Alexandria. The man revealed himself to be Leon Kinzky, the father of Chris Kinzky, a young boy who was Viv's lab partner in school. Leon attempted to blackmail Virginia with the recording into making her and her family leave the state. During the confrontation, Leon panicked and drew out a firearm, shooting at Virginia. Virginia phased through the bullets, but the stray shots ended up killing Leon's son, who had just came out of his room to investigate the noise coming from the living room so late at night. Leon blamed Virginia for the incident, threatening to kill her and her family. She reacted violently and knocked him out cold. Virginia quietly fled from the scene. The police later arrived and admitted Leo to a hospital, where he remained in a coma. The Vision ultimately learned the truth of the Grim Reaper's fate after finding his corpse in the backyard by chance, leading Virginia to reveal to him the truth, including the blackmail and the death of Kinzky's son. After an initial violent reaction, the trashing of their home, the Vision understood Virginia's course of action, and decided to remain silent, fearing that revealing the truth would alter negatively the world's perception of him and his family.
Even though the Visions attempted to maintain a normal lifestyle, and created an android pet dog named Sparky in the process, the past incidents caused Virginia to act alienated. She began to act more erratically after Victor Mancha accidentally killed her son Vin. When the Vision set out to Arlington Courthouse Jail to exact revenge on Victor, Virginia decided to reveal Viv the truth behind Chris Kinzky. Viv's emotional outburst prompted Virginia to let out her anger on Sparky, and she beat the dog to death. Among the dog's remains, Virginia noticed it had ingested a petal of the Wundagore Everbloom, a plant capable of giving a person a vision of the future under certain parameters. With Sparky's death having fulfilled the conditions for the Everbloom to work, Virginia ate the petal. After the petal foretold Virginia that Vision would go down a dark path if he killed Victor Mancha. she flew to the jail, where Vision was confronting Victor, and killed him herself by phasing her arm through his chest and pulling his heart. Virginia and Vision returned home. Fearing the fate of Viv if both of her parents were prosecuted for their actions, Virginia called the detective of Chris Kinzky's murder, Matt Lin, and confessed her crimes, but absolved Vision of his behavior, claiming she had tampered with his operative system. Virginia proceeded to drink a portion of a Zenn-Lavian flying water vase they had in their home, and asked Vision to sit by her side as the liquid started to corrode her body until she died.

Who is this Character?
Vin was a synthezoid created by the Vision in his process to humanize himself through the creation of a family. The brainwaves of Vin and his younger twin sister Vivian came from the combination of the brain patterns of the Vision and Virginia, Viv and Vin's mother and Vision's wife. The Visions moved to Arlington, Virginia, in order to facilitate Vision becoming the Avengers' White House liaison. The family became instant celebrities, with their neighbors constantly seeking pictures, which they shared online. This caught the attention of Eric Williams, who became upset that Vision would create a family that appeared to be happy, when the Williams family wasn't, as well as the fact that the Vision's brainwaves were taken from his brother, Simon, in the first place. Both Vin and Viv attended to school at the Alexander Hamilton High School in Fairfax, but they were assigned different schedules to help them assimilate their classmates. One night, while their father was away with the Avengers, the Grim Reaper broke into the Visions' home, running Viv through with his scythe. Vin rushed to her aid, but he too was struck down. Virginia then flew into a rage and beat Eric to death in front of her wounded children with a cookie sheet on their kitchen floor. In order to maintain the harmony of their household, Virginia asked her children not to tell their father about the events that had just transpired.
Vin was left extremely distraught by the incident, displaying an erratic and apathetic behavior. This caused him to attack fellow student Chris Kinzky, Viv's lab partner, when he asked about Viv's absence from school. As a consequence of this scuffle, Vin was suspended from class. Vin's emotional condition improved once Viv recovered from her injuries. During a conversation with Viv, Chris Kinzky revealed he forgave Vin for his behavior.  The Visions were soon visited by Victor Mancha. One night, when Vin was playing with his dog Sparky, he accidentally came across Victor reporting to the Avengers. Victor's visit was a front for a secret investigation on the Vision, due to Agatha Harkness having alerted the Avengers of a potential tragedy that could be caused by the android. Victor used his electromagnetic powers to contain Vin and prevent him from outing his operations, but a miscalculation caused him to damage Vin's nerve systems beyond repair, killing the boy as he cried for his father.

Virginia then flew into a rage and beat Eric to death with a cookie sheet, in front of her wounded children, on the floor of their kitchen. The Grim Reaper's attack caused severe injuries in Viv's neuro-spleen, leaving her in a catatonic state. the essential nerve receptors in it had phased to avoid further damage, and remained intangible. The inessential components that had remained solid were repaired by the Vision after three weeks of non-stop work. With the help of Tony Stark, the Vision harnessed enough energy to signal the nerves left incorporeal by the damage and join them with the rest of the repaired body, successfully bringing Viv back.
Viv was left in a state of extreme distress after the death of her lab partner, Chris Kinzy, whose words of acceptance of Viv's synthetic nature had become etched in her memory. She later resented Virginia when she eventually revealed she had accidentally caused Chris' death, as the death of the boy happened when Virginia confronted his father, Leon, who tried to blackmail Virginia into having her family leave their home using a video of her burying the Grim Reaper's body. Following the death of Vin, and Virginia's subsequent suicide, Viv and Vision, as well as Sparky, tried to carry on with their family life in Cherrydale. Not long afterwards, Viv joined the Young Avengers, and fell in love with her fellow teammate, Riri Williams.
