Chapter 3: The Plan

Lucy had been in her room for what seemed like forever now. She had to fight off wizards and trolls...It didn't make any sense. Not that the wizarding world made sense anyway. She'd locked herself ever since the caped villains had entered Snape's house. Lucy had been even more worried about Snape. She knew Shona was with her dad but it worried Lucy further. The two of them...Didn't exactly get along. 

Suddenly Lucy heard footsteps approach her door. Silently she stared at the door as the knob twisted and turned like a washing machine. Then out of the blue she saw an axe pelting through the door. She screamed and knew she couldn't do anything because she had left her wand left in the kitchen. She stood up, then grabbed a block of wood and held it up as her only defense. She was shaking in fear at this point. 

To her absolute amazement the troll smashed its way through the door using it's body power. Now that was some power...Then she realised it was Shona, laying on her side after her intrepid entrance. Lucy was amazed that Shona could knock her self through a door like that! It wasn't exactly lady like! Well then again Shona wasn't the type of person to be lady like...

"Shona?"

"Lucy!"

Shona lifted herself onto her feet and smiled at the other girl. Lucy dropped the block of wood she was holding and approached the girl. 

"Come on, Snape's downstairs and battling it out with a troll. Now that's a boxing match I'd pay to see!"

"I don't have my wand, I left it downstairs..."

Shona blankly looked around for a weapon. She looked down and noticed she had the axe. She held out the axe bluntly as if she was offering a sweet to a young child. Shona had her eyebrows raised as if to say 'I have a stupid idea. So stupid it might work.' Lucy looked at Shona blankly she obviously wasn't good at reading thought's.

"Guess what. I have a plan, it's a stupid plan...So stupid it might just work..." Imagination danced in Shona's eyes and Lucy had a funny feeling Shona was going to prove her idiotic and smart ways at the same time. Shona helped Lucy up and then handed her the axe, both girls smiled eagerly at each other.

"I'm in, now what's the plan?" Lucy said with determination but with a little bit of fear.

"Yes!" Shona whispered and punched her fist in the air at Lucy's agreement. "Now let me tell you how we're going to kick some ass!"
