"---She is my girl"

Yoojin really feels taken aback by his crazy words and it successfully makes her heart race in instant, but she plays it cool and acts calm. She stares deeply at Luhan's eyes, trying to find intention behind his words, but she just helplessly falls into his beautiful eyes and unconsciously holds her breath.

"Impossible" Doctor Lee talks.

Yoojin immediately turns to face her uncle right after she hears it. She sees nervousness, desperation, and fear on his eyes. He totally looks like someone who is near to lose his world. At this point, she realizes that Luhan is above him and this reality scares him a lot. Right now, she starts thinking, should or should not she use Luhan as her shield.

"Nothing is impossible for me---" Luhan begins to talk and he casually embraces Yoojin's shoulder, pulling her closer to his body "---Yoojin really is my girl---" He emphasizes the last word and looks straight to doctor Lee's eyes "---so, don't you dare to touch her, I will never tolerate it" In the end, he just coldly smirks and brings Yoojin away from them.

Doctor Lee doesn't know what to say, he just stares and eventually mumbles to himself "They can't be together"

On the way to the car, no one talks. Yoojin really is deep in her thought and never realizes that Luhan's arm still around her shoulder. It's intentional, he just feels strangely comfortable when he has her in his arm. He doesn't want to let her go, but he needs to, because now they are infront of the car. Like a gentleman, he opens the door for her and she just gets in without saying a thing. Then he runs to the other side and enters the car.

"Why did you do that?"

Yoojin immediately asks as soon as Luhan closes the door. Her question startles him and it makes him speechless for a while. He looks at her and finds her already stare at him deeply. She actually guesses, probably he wants to help her or he just finds this whole situation as an interesting game. In her mind, the second one makes more sense.

"Why?" Yoojin repeats because nothing comes out from his lips.

"Cause I---" Luhan pauses right away and hesitates. His heart beats fast and he extremely nervous, but as a man, he needs to deliver what his true feeling is "---I feel very protective of you" Finally he confesses and it makes Yoojin's heart skip a beat. She never expects to hear such answer.

"Don't ask me why because I don't even know why" Luhan speaks up and ends the conversation as he drives away.

Truthfully, Yoojin needs to admit that her heart melts like an ice because of his warm confession. It's an unusual confession but she finds it thrilling. She changes her point of view towards him and slowly she starts to understand him a little, yes, he looks fierce and mighty, but at a time like this, he just looks so honest and sincere. He is no different from a night sky. Sure, it's dark and sometimes scary, but wait until the stars begin to appear, eventually it'll turn serene and beautiful.

Luhan stops his car and parks it infront of Kris' house. Yoojin looks confused but she stays silent, waiting for his explanation. She sees him unbuckle his seatbelt and turns to see her. The moment their eyes meet, she feels nervousness prey her heart and she awares in any second, she will start blushing.

"I need to talk with Kris, let's go" Luhan talks and is ready to get out, but her words halt him.

"I will wait you here" Yoojin speaks and immediately gets a look from him.

"Really? Will you be alright?" He asks and she just nods.

"Alright, I won't take a long time" He assures her and in the end he smiles softly at her before he leaves.

After Yoojin sees him disappear behind the gate, she immediately cups her own cheeks and squeals lowly. Then she starts fanning herself as she controls her breathing. She doesn't understand how a single smile from him makes her heart flutter and she doesn't know why she acts like a teenage girl who just meets her crush.

"I'm going crazy"

In the other hand, Luhan just finishes talk to Kris about BTS and also Exo's new job. Their new job is smuggling drugs and he just asks Kris to handle everything. It's a simple job, not complicated at all, so he wants to step out and rest, no, actually he just doesn't want to leave Yoojin alone.

"One more thing, check the background of Taeyang University Hospital's CEO, thoroughly" Luhan speaks up and Kris just snorts.

"You do it yourself, it'll be done faster" Kris whines.

"You know what, I'm just too lazy right now---" Luhan chuckles and before Kris could sulk more, he continues "---I need to leave now, Yoojin is waiting inside the car" Hears his words, Kris just stares and smiles teasingly "I'll go now" He just smiles and pats Kris' shoulder. He is about to leave, but he suddenly feels an arm around his, linking it tightly.

"I hear your voice" It's Miyoung and she is now smiling so brightly.

"I need to go" Luhan states as he draws from her, feeling uncomfortable with her touch.

"Why? We just meet" She whines and he just stares at Kris, asking for help, but Kris just shrugs and smirks evilly.

"Bye" Luhan talks and escapes from Miyoung, immediately walks away in a speed of light. But, he hears her voice at the back, calling his name, yet he ignores her. Halfway from the gate, she grabs his arm and once again she links it with hers.

"Hey, I have question for you---" Miyoung talks flirtatiously "---Who is the girl in you apartment?" She asks.

"She is my girl" Those words easily slip from his tongue. He doesn't know why he said that, but he hopes his words will make her shocked and stop following him.

"What?" She raises her tone but he speeds up and reaches the gate.

Miyoung doesn't want to give up. She keeps clinging to his arm and waits for his answer. Inside the car, Yoojin sees him walk out from the gate and smiles, but when she sees Miyoung with him, her mood drops and her lips turn into a straight thin line. For the first time after a long time, she experiences jealousy.

Yoojin watches Luhan enter the car and she unconsciously clears her throat. She then sees him roll down the window and says his goodbye to Miyoung. She turns her sight to Miyoung, but unexpectedly, Miyoung already glares at her, full of hatred. It really scares her and she looks away in instant. She frowns a little when she hears Miyoung's voice, somehow it annoys her. Thereafter, she feels the car start moving and hears Luhan talk.

"Let's get something to eat"

Luhan and Yoojin return to the apartment once they finish with their lunch. Right now, they are infront of the lift, waiting for it. Behind them, there is a group of rich old lady, going to their friend's new apartment. They really are noisy, talking and laughing. It's really annoying for both Luhan and Yoojin.

After a while, the lift's door open. Luhan and Yoojin enter the lift, but immediately pushed into its corner after the old ladies get in, filling in the lift. Both of them now have no gap, they stand dangerously too close to smell each other's scent, to hear each other's heartbeat. Their cheeks blush, their hearts thump in excitement.

On the 8th floor, the lift stops and its door slides open. All the old ladies get out, leaving Luhan and Yoojin alone inside the lift. No one moves, both just stay on their spot. Once the door closes, he makes a move, turning to her and trapping her body between his strong arm. His sudden move successfully makes her gasp and petrify on her place.

"Kang Yoojin, what did you do to me? Why did you make my heart race?" Luhan whispers as he gazes into her eyes.

Yoojin just stares back and has trouble to speak. At that moment, they look into each other's eyes and slowly drown there. They reciprocally awake a feeling that long asleep, they give spark to each other's heart. Soon enough, those sparks will turn into a flame, burning their passion and amour.

All this time, Yoojin holds her breath and when she hears a ding sound, she pushes Luhan and runs away. It's not because she hates his action, she just feels shy for their short intimacy, even her face already turns pink. In the other hand, Luhan just smiles and giggles because he finds her cute. She is old enough to experience something like that yet she chooses to run away like a high school girl. Thereafter, he walks out of the lift and suddenly his phone rings. It's none other than Kris and he picks it up. Kris says he already gets doctor Lee's background, but Kris' next words make Luhan speechless.

"You can't be together with her"
