(Y/n) POV

I have a few bandages around my arms and legs but I can walk and my head is fine so I go to school like normal. I arrive a bit early like usual and decide to sit in my seat. The beginning half of the day was just regular studies which I am not bad at.

Aizawa sensei walks into the room "Today, you will be deciding a class rep."

'You don't know how glad I am; that this is actually normal' I thought

I gave my vote to Iida because I didn't wanna do it and I didn't think I should be doing it. Iida seemed like he really wanted to do it and he would do his job properly.

The class representative ended up being Yaomomo and Midoriya. Iida only had one vote so I guess he put it in for Midoriya. Then there was an alarm that went on. "Security 3 has been breached students please evacuate." Everyone started to run at once and I was swept away with the crowd. I sigh. I'll just get swept away then, I guess. Then Uraraka-san noticed that it was just the press so she floated Iida up as he stood on the emergency exit. He explained to everyone how it was just the press. Later on, Midoriya suggested that Iida should be the class rep, for he was able to lead everyone in a panic. So it was decided to be Iida. (A/N sorry this part is really sloppy, I didn't wanna take up too much time explaining it.)

A lot of things happened already but I decide to sit in my corner of the hallway for lunch and watch anime like usual. 'Hmm, but I guess it was nice to have someone to eat lunch with.' I thought. 'Not that I want to eat with Kaminari! But I wonder if I'll ever find my childhood friend. I thought that this was the closest I would get to finding him but it doesn't seem like he's here. Nope, nope, don't give up! He might be in class B or something. I'll find him. I know I would recognize him if I found him. Wait, what was his name? D-Den-'

"Oii! (L/n)! Let's eat lunch together!"

'Geh' I thought. I sigh.

"Hey! I said you should eat lunch with your friends remember?" I say.

"No, don't worry about it they kicked me out," he replies.

Kaminari POV + mini flashback

"Let's go eat lunch! I'm starving!" I say.

"Yeah, yeah, Mr. Flirt. Stop playing around and start being serious" Sero says.

"Yeah yeah. That's why I'm eating with you guys today." I say 'No way I can tell them that I actually like her. Sigh. Guess I'm not eating lunch there today." I thought.

"Nope, you can go eat with (L/n) again Kaminari." Kirishima insists.

"Why?" Sero asks, mystified by how Kirishima insists.

"You really like (L/n) don't you, like no joke," Kirishima whispered to me. I feel my face get red.

"No! I told you I'm just a nice guy that doesn't leave a friendless girl alone! Blehhh!" I say.

I get up to go find (L/n)

"Sero~ don't you sense something over here~" Kirishima teases.

"Kirishima~ don't you sense something over there~" Sero joins.

"I can hear you y'know!!" I yell back.

(Y/n) POV

"Oh ok. They must hate you, I mean you are pretty annoying after all." I reply

"Do you hate me that much?" he asks.

"Haha.. no, no, I used to hate you much more but I guess I can't really if you helped me right?" I laughed. "Hey... what was your childhood friend like?". I was a bit curious. The phrase that he slipped out at the hospital was probably something with his childhood friend that he remembered and accidentally said. I was just wondering what she was like- not that I'm saying it's me, just simply curious. "I'll tell you about mine if you tell me about yours. It's like a trade."

"Well, you see, I don't remember what she looked like or what her name was. Her hair was probably about the same colour as yours. She was a nice girl that smiles a lot unlike someone I know, who only knows how to sigh." He says.

"Oh, I see. Why does that sound like an insult? *sigh* Same here. I don't remember at all what he looks like, but I think his name was pretty close to yours. D-den... can't remember. I almost got it before you came but you distracted me so now I forgot again. Pretty much all your fault." I complain.

"Is that how you treat your one and only friend?"

I punch him in the arm, "I don't need friends, and I never asked you to be one." I say coldly.

"Sorry, sorry. Oh yeah, are you feeling better? Are you sure you should be coming to school with all those bandages?" he asks.

"I am completely fine thanks to you. See?" I say while stretching my leg back and forth."Um, the truth is, I used to smile a lot more when I was younger. I don't smile anymore, because I need to be strong. Ever since I realized that my parents were no longer coming back to me, and I started to live alone, I realized that I have to be able to protect myself. I can't rely on anyone. No one's gonna be there forever. The path to being a hero is often very lonely, you know?"

"But the hero always laughs at the end. So smile! And who said you can't smile to be strong? The ones who can smile after everything has gone wrong is the strongest in my opinion." Kaminari says while getting up.

"As I thought, we don't get along," I say

"What~ why do you always say that~," he says, jokingly

"You're just too bright, if we were to put a level in the 'happiness' you're on the positive side, and I'm on the negative. But, I'll take your advice sometimes~" I smile real hard. "Yeah, it feels way better to smile."

"Yup!" he smiles back.

We all get on the bus that Aizawa sensei leads us to.

"Aizawa sensei! Where are we going?"

"You'll see when we get there. Shut up for now."

So I sit at the very back of the bus and read my manga on my phone until we get there. I get a text message.

Unknown number: Why are you sitting at the back by yourself again?

Me: How in the world do you have my number?

Unknown number: Not my fault you don't lock your phone.

Me: That's starting to sound like a crime to me.

Unknown number: I'm just giving you a new friend that's actually alive.

Me: Are you insulting manga and anime.

Unknown number: Why are you so scary?

Me: Shut up.

*Continues to read manga*

Unknown number: Do you want me to sit next to you?

Me: DON'T YOU DARE. DON'T YOU DARE.

Unknown number: 'kay 'kay I get it. ~/(*o*)\~

I can't help but laugh. The emoji looks just like him after his brain short circuits when he uses his quirk too much.

"We're here! Everyone get off the bus!"

"YAY!~"

"Hello, my name is Thirteen. The space hero. Today, me, Aizawa and All Might will be helping you today. This facility is called USJ. You can train through many different disasters. Landslides, Shipwreck, Fire, and other disasters that may occur. My quirk is Black Hole so I can suck in anything and turn it to dust. This is a very powerful and useful quirk but it can also kill easily. So please use this chance to learn your quirk better."

Uraraka-san looked extremely happy, probably a huge fan of Thirteen.

Then there was a group of people who came out of something that looked like purple mist. Probably a warp gate. 'Is that part of our training' I wondered.

"Stay back! Those are villains!" Aizawa sensei yells to us.

'Maybe not.'

"What? Why are there villains here?" everyone asks.

"Run to the exit, don't waste time! Hurry up! Thirteen protect the students!" Aizawa sensei yells. He jumps into the crowd of villains below. But the warp gate came in front of us. Bakugou and Kirishima jumped to punch it but the warp gate started to engulf us and scattered us all in different zones. I reached the mountain zone with Kaminari, Jirou and Momo. 'Why do we always have problems indoors?' I thought. 'I'm practically useless indoors.'

"Sorry, I'm really useless indoors, can you give me a weapon Momo?" I ask.

"Yes, of course," Momo says while passing me an iron bar. "But, (Y/n), I think that your quirk may be more than just controlling the weather."

"What?" I ask out of pure curiosity

"Oh, no, um I thought maybe your quirk has more to it than just controlling the weather. You just haven't realized it."

"That would be great if it were true, honestly," I say.

I have trained my hand to hand combat to as far as I can so I can make up for all the indoor things that I can't use my quirk for. I hit down two villains in one blow. I need to do something about this number of people. Kaminari is useless- his brain would short circuit if he uses his quirk so I rather him not use it and make sure he doesn't become dead weight, Jirou can attack but not enough to knock them out. Momo can create, but they're not giving her the chance to concentrate on anything. 'Ugh. Fine. I didn't want to do this though' I thought.

"Momo, can you make an insulation sheet?" I ask.

"Done!" Momo yells.

"I've been making it, Kaminari-san. Come on in (Y/n)-san" she explains.

"No, I'm fine. Kaminari you go in if anything. Well, you're electricity guy so you should be okay too." I say.

"What are you planning to do?" Kaminari asks

"Stay away," I say. I put my had to the ground and kneel down while putting my raising my other arm. Then, lightning fell right on the place my hand was to the ground. I can also 'attract' 'weather elements' to me. There was a huge hole in the ceiling but I was able to get everyone knocked out thanks to the lightning. That took a lot of my stamina, but stamina's one thing I've been training for a while so I'm still in okay shape. Until I see a hand come out of the ground. 'Ugh, why is that electric villain still okay? Well, I guess it's obvious but I'm almost out of stamina and Kaminari's quirk is also electricity and that's not gonna help. He's still okay, but he's taken as hostage. I have to be careful, or else I might kill him.' I thought 'think, think, think, fight, fight, fight. FIGHT!'
