After Yugi finished his last job which was checking up the condition of one of the richest businessman in Japan. He headed back to his office and was meet by two crimson eyes darting at him.

"What are you doing here?" Yugi kept his self up and placed his papers on the desk.

Atem who was sitting on Yugi's chair was still following Yugi with his eyes as the little one moved around the room, checking things and looked back at him.

"Really, what are you doing here?" Yugi repeated himself and received a cough from Atem.

"Tell me what happened last night."

"Why should I?"

"Because you told me that I can ask you any questions after work."

"Oh so what's your question?" Yugi smiled at him knowing what just Atem told earlier.

"I just asked you minutes ago." Atem glared and Yugi rolled his eyes.

"No you didn't."

"What!"

Atem stood up from the chair slamming his hands on the desk not breaking his eye contact at Yugi.

"I said you didn't ask anything, you moron. It's more like a command than a question know the difference before raising your damn voice just because of your mistake." Yugi shot back.

Atem sighed. "What happened last night?"

"Oh, I just got you home because you were drunk."

"Nothing else? Care to explain why you were on top of me and my arms wrapped on you?" Atem raised a brow and Yugi closed his eyes.

'Is he stupid?'

"Dr. Yamazaki, that is your doing. Don't even think that I sucked you off while you were sleeping." Atem was shocked by Yugi's words.

He move towards the smaller one and pinned him against the wall and stared intensely at Yugi's wide amethyst eyes.

"What are you doing?"

"I'm going to teach you a lesson" Atem whispered in a husky voice and smelled Yugi's bare neck.

Yugi shivered when Atem's nose brushed his skin. 'Shit'

"Mr. Yamazaki, would you care to stop pinning me and go?" Yugi looked at his side seeing Atem didn't move from his position.

"What a joy killer." Atem pulled back and stared at Yugi in disappointment.

"I know."

Yugi moved towards his table and packed his things, ignoring Atem who's watching him. After he was done he looked at Atem who had his arms crossed.

"What?" Yugi asked in a tone looking at Atem.

"It's just, Have we met before?"

Yugi flinched at the question, 'Does he remember? No, it can't be. It's past twelve years ago.' Yugi panicked and thought of something to get away without answering. But in his bad luck, Atem was already in front of him looking puzzled.

"Yugi, tell me. Have we met before?" Atem neared at Yugi more making the smaller one step back.

"I, I think we haven't. It's my first time seeing an arrogant, high self esteemed surgeon in my life."

Yugi heard Atem scowl and turned around going to the door. Before he left he looked at Yugi once more and glared until he shut the door loud leaving Yugi.

Yugi sighed in relief, "That was close." and fell down to his knees.

~Hours Passed~

Yugi was checking documents in his own office at the mansion. The documents were all about the medical information about his mother Mutou Sayaka. He read it repeatedly until he found himself crumpling the side of the paper.

'If only they didn't' Yugi banged the desk with the side of his fist.

Sezuki quickly came in hearing the loud noise and saw Yugi tighten his hold on some paper he was looking at. She quickly went beside Yugi and soothed him by rubbing circles at his back.

"Yugi, calm down."

"I, I can't" Yugi's voice broke and tears came falling down on his cheeks.

"Yugi" Sezuki looked at Yugi concerned, that was the second time she saw Yugi like this.

"It's their fault why s-she's not h-here with me. I-if they d-didn't let that son of that stupid director to aid m-my mom, s-she would have b-been alive, Sezuki." Yugi cried out this time.

Sezuki hugged him and comforted him. She knew how soft she was when things like this happen but she have to toughen up seeing Yugi needs someone to push him from the back and carry on. After an hour Yugi was calm and rubbing his eyes. He looked at Sezuki smiling to let her know that he's fine now.

"Jeez, Yugi, I'll tickle you down to death if you cry again." Sezuki crossed her arms yelling at Yugi playfully.

"Well I don't want to die by just being tickled so nope I won't." Yugi giggled and stood up.

"I'm going to my room now Sezuki, as always you take care of things needed to be taken off." Yugi waved as he went to the door and left going to the right.

"I really can't understand him." Sezuki sighed and looked around to see if there's something she need to clean.

~Next Day~

Yugi was in the operating room, he was assigned to operate the patient who was rushed in being shot by a bullet near the heart.

"Extractors" Yugi said and a nurse reached for the needed tool to him.

He began pulling out the bullet from the patients body.

"Give me the traction quick." Yugi commanded as the patient abnormally shifted on the bed wildly.

"Now some needles and the thread also."

"Hold him down so I can stitch the wound up. He might die if I can't do this properly so keep him at bay." Yugi began stitching up the heart of the patient blood were spurting out. (I'm cringing just imagining, blagh)

Afterwards he stitched up the skin where they cut the body open and the patient began to calm and soon everything was at peace.

"His monitor's seem to be fine Doctor." a nurse told looking at him with only eyes showing since all of them were wearing surgical mask. Yugi sighed in relief, removing his gloves and mask, and told the nurses and other assistant doctors to bring the patient in a room to rest.

He sat down at the chairs his head up and eyes closed. 'Ah, that scared the shit out of me.' Yugi sighed again.

"What a rare sight to see"

Yugi opened his eyes to see Atem looking at him. He mumbled curses and heard the taller one laugh. Yugi watched as Atem sat down beside him.

"Don't you also have work?" Yugi raised a brow as he asked Atem.

"It's all done. But going back to you, are you always like that after your operations?" Atem looked at him.

"And if I am?"

"It might cause you doubts if you keep doing that. I once was like that every time my operation was a success and when the next one came I almost lost the patient because I kept thinking if I make a mistake then I lose a life by my hands." Atem looked down at his clenched fist remembering something Yugi doesn't know.

'You already did what's not supposed to be done.' Yugi stood up making Atem look up at him.

"Are you going now?"

"Yes, I need to check my patient before and the others listed here." Yugi showed his clip on folder with a list of names written on the paper.

Atem smiled and also stood up. "Before that." Yugi stood for a minute waiting for Atem to finish what he's going to say.

"Would you like to go out tomorrow with me?"

Yugi was surprised and couldn't help but blink his eye lids multiple times. "Um, what did you just say?"

"You heard me." Atem looked at Yugi amused by the smaller one's reactions.

'Does he like me? Hm, but this is a great chance to get close to him and end everything without being suspected'

"Okay" Yugi smiled at Atem.

"Good, I'll pick you up tomorrow at ten." Atem said and turned his back on Yugi.

He walked a few steps and looked back seeing Yugi still standing from where he was before. "Um, you need something again?" Yugi asked.

"No, don't you have patients to check on?"

Yugi got shocked his mouth forming an 'O' and realize that he does have.

"Come on, Dr. Mutou don't want to eep your patients waiting." Atem motioned Yugi to walk beside him with his hands. Yugi gulped at first and hurried beside Atem. Soon they were both walking on the hallway having a 'little' chit-chat.
