Tsuna woke up in a dark room which smelled like blood. He cleared his vision and looked around. He was in a small room with the walls painted red,no wait, the walls weren't painted red, it was blood that painted the room. No wonder the room smelled like blood. Tsuna looked at himself and noticed something wrong. He had lumps in his chest which he should not have unless............ realization hit him straight in his heart and he felt the horror and terror he hadn't felt in years. HE WAS A GIRL! No wonder Byakuran said girl, its because he became one! He sat there until the terror he was feeling in his-i mean her body disappeared and looked closer in her body to inspect it. After few minutes of inspecting her new body, she noticed that there was nothing wrong with her besides the blood in her chest where her heart was. She stared at the blood behind her for a few more minutes until she snapped out of it and looked around for clothes. Thank goodness there was a dress in the floor near her or she would go out with blood in her chest which does not look good. She changed to the dress and made her way to the Sawada house. 

While he-she was walking, she examined her memories and found out that her brother hates her for some reason and avoids her but no bullying (which is a relief for him), her mother tries to talk to her but for some reason the Tsuna of this world ignores her, and finally her father.
