Y/N PoV
I set out some chips on the Lodge's coffee table to eat while watching Veronica's awful dating show. Someone knocks on the door, and I get nervous. Betty doesn't like the Serpents, and Archie would rather kick their asses than meet them.

Veronica beats me to the door, and lets in Archie and Betty. Jughead comes a couple minutes later with Kevin behind him.

More people knock at the door and I know who it is. This is gonna be interesting. "Hey guys." I say, "Come in."

Toni looks around the apartment like I'm crazy, "You live here?"

"Yes, I know. I would rather stay somewhere else." I whisper to them so Ronnie doesn't feel bad. "Archie, Betty, Kevin, Veronica, Jughead meet Sweet Pea and Toni."

Archie gives them a dirty look.

"Archie, be nice." I shoot him a glance.

"Hello, I'm Veronica Lodge," she gives them a small wave, "I've heard a lot about you from Y/N."

I pull Betty from the couch, "And this is Betty."

Sweet Pea smiles at her and shakes her hand, "Very nice to meet you. Your very beautiful."

The most surprising thing happens, Betty blushes. The girl who hates these people for no reason blushed from one of his comments, "Thank you. It's great to finally meet you."

Kevin engulfs both of them into a big hug, while they awkwardly let him do it, "Hello! I'm Kevin."

I smile, "If you need some information on someone just go to him. Kev probably already knows everything about them."

"Definitely!" Kevin smiles, "Did you know that-"

"No more gossip." Archie groans.

"Ok then," I wrap my arm around Jughead's shoulders, "This is Jughead Jones, FP's son. Watch out Sweet Pea."

Sweet Pea gives me a look, "Why should I watch out?"

"Trust me on this one, he'll make sure your in line." I tell him.

Toni smiles, "Yeah, I would worry, he is stronger than he looks. Heard he punched a Clayton last year," She playfully hits him on the shoulder.

I nod slowly knowing it isn't just Betty to watch out for, "You guys can sit down."

Everyone takes a seat, and to my shock, Betty and Sweet Pea sit together, they start talking with some very obvious signs of flirting.

Archie looks down at the ground with his head in his hands.

"Why don't you come sit down next to me, loverboy?" Ronnie asks, "Archie?"

"I'm sorry," he puts his head in his hands, "I'm sorry this thing with Moose. Honestly, it's like no one cares. My dad keeps saying leave it to Sheriff Keller and I'm like, "yeah dad, 'cause he did such a great job of catching Jason's murderer." Oh wait! I'm sorry, that was us."

"Wait, you guys were the messed up teens who solved the case? I thought teenagers solving it was a lie." Toni leans back in her chair.

"What?" Archie yells.

"Inside voice!" Ronnie scolds.

Jughead interlaces our fingers, "No, don't stop him. Archie going Travis Bickle is my favorite Archie yet." He smiles and eats some of the popcorn Ronnie set out.

"But doesn't it feel like he's targeting us?" Archie asks.

"Are you and your Northside privileges saying this has something to do with the Southside?" Sweet Pea raises his eyebrows angrily.

"Maybe I am." Archie looks at Sweet Pea, "I just don't want people getting hurt, but since you don't seem to care, maybe I should be questioning if you own a black hood?"

"My my, aren't you guys a lively group," Hiram walks in with Hermione on his arm.

"We're on our way to dinner at the club." Hermione tells us.

Hiram agrees with a short nod, "But I wanted to meet your friends first."

Ronnie stands up happily, "Great, thank you. Uh, this is Betty Cooper and Kevin Keller."

"Hi, nice to meet you." Betty and Kevin say at the same time.

"And Jughead Jones."

Jughead walks over to him and shakes his hand, "Hi. And you must know my father."

"I do. He's a good man. He values family. I hope his return comes sooner than later." He smiles, "You must be the boy sneaking in late at night to be with Y/N?"

"Um yes." He whispers.

I squeeze Jug's hand, and point to Sweet Pea and Toni, "These are my friends, Toni and Sweet Pea."

Hiram nods.

"Daddy, this is-"

"Archie Andrews." Hiram finishes for her, "The boy who has captured my daughter's heart."

"Daddy!" Ronnie looks at him, embarrassed.

"Uh it's nice to meet you, sir." Archie says awkwardly. He reaches out to shake his hand.

"Oh please. Call me Hiram." He shakes Archie's hand with a firm grip, "Listen, I couldn't help but overhear your discussion, and I understand your frustration with Sheriff Keller. And as per someone who has had his own share of run-ins with the law I can say with confidence that the police aren't always the solution. Sometimes you need to take matters into your own hands. We need to be able to protect ourselves."

"We're gonna lose our table." Hermione interrupts.

"Oh, yes, of course. Hey, it was nice to meet all of you." He smiles, and walks away, but stops, "Oh and Archie. Why don't you come over for dinner this week? I'm looking forward to what you come up with."

  Archie agrees, and we carry on with our night. It ended okay. Sweet Pea and Betty hit it off, Toni is still flirting with Jughead, to my annoyance, and nobody got their heads ripped off by Archie.

  The next day, I decide to go to the Whyte Wyrm to see the Serpents. I haven't been there in a while, and I want to know if I could maybe get an assignment. Once I walk in, everybody gives me dirty looks like I shouldn't be there, weird. I go find Tall Boy, "Hey Tall Boy!"

  He turns around, "You. What are you doing here?" He asks angrily, like I shouldn't belong.

  "What do you mean?"

  "I mean, why show your face when your dad just put about 5 of us in jail by telling him about the Blossom murder." Tall Boy takes a shot, "Your dad broke Serpent law, and who's to say you won't either."

  "My dad took the deal? Why didn't I find this out?" I cross my arms looking around the bar, "And why does everyone else know?"

  "That's not my problem. Some woman came by to give us the paper for the day. Let's see," he picks up a paper, "D/N L/N Gives Names Responsible For Jason's Murder."

I groan loudly, "Alice Cooper."

Tall Boy puts it down, "Your leaving, and the jacket stays."

"No." I answer angrily, "I'm a Serpent who earned my jacket."

"Well, it's not yours anymore, and please don't come by for another visit. Your not welcome here."

I take my jacket off quickly, "Fine. I'll leave." I back up from him, "But you guys just broke Serpent law, what happened to no Serpent left behind?"

"Your dad happened!" Somebody yells at me.

I leave the bar, and go to FP's trailer. Jughead worked out a deal with his foster parents that lets him stay at the trailer. I run up the steps, and knock violently on the door.

Jughead opens it, "Y/N, what are you doing here?" His eyes are half open like he'd been sleeping for a while.

"Tall Boy freaking kicked me out of the Serpents." I yell.

"What?" He grabs my hand, "Come inside, and we'll talk this out."

I sigh, but listen to him and join him in the trailer. He leads me into the bedroom, "So Tall Boy kicked you out of the Serpents? Why?"

"He said my dad took the deal, and now there are even more Serpents in jail. Tall Boy thinks I'm gonna do the same thing, break laws."

Jughead runs his fingers through his hair, "It'll be okay, I'll have my dad make them let you back in."

"Juggie, no. They won't listen to FP. Most of them accept Tall Boy as the new king, and I don't want to seem helpless." I bite my lip, "Can you promise me something though?"

"Yes."

"Can you not join them?" I ask.

He thinks for a moment but starts to nod slowly, "Sure. I won't join them."

"Thank you." I whisper.
