In this chapter I interviewed LittleMinx94 !!!

1. What made you join wattpad?
In High School, I really started to get into recreational reading but didn't have the money to buy any books and I had a real affinity towards forbidden relationship novels (and still do) and if there's something that Wattpad is overflowing with, is free to read forbidden relationship books lol I really started off loving just the Student/Teacher novels but have since grown to love any type of forbidden love.
2. What's one of your favorite wattpad authors?
One of my favorite Wattpad authors is JadedViolet. She has a now published, student/teacher novel that I fell in love with and went on to read another book of hers called Handcuffed and FELL IN LOVE with the two main love interests. It's a trilogy and if you enjoy sexy cops, smart mouthed, spirited teens, and forbidden love, you will LOVE this novel. (Don't let the blurb deter you!)
3. Why is writing special to you?
Writing is something I never thought I'd do. Ever. It seemed tedious and boring and difficult, and sometimes it is, along with being a massive time consumer. But, to be able to create your own characters, their own lives and world and do whatever your mind comes up with, have the story pan out exactly how you want it to and let people experience your mind and ideas at their best and most vulnerable is something truly special. Letting complete strangers experience some of your most vulnerable moments through your characters and be able to share and relate to people you never would have encountered otherwise is something few other professions can give you.
4. Which book of yours did you have the most fun writing?
I mean, A Fractured Lover will always have a special place in my heart since it was my first novel ever. (Even though it needs a major revisit and editing) BUT my favorite of my books would have to be Desires of the Forbidden. That novel... it's raw. It's pain-filled, emotional, and tackles a topic I never thought I'd have the guts to go for. Abuse in relationships is so often misguided in romance novels nowadays. I wanted to write a novel that showed the nitty gritty, grim reality of how an abusive relationship worked whilst working in a separate, forbidden love plot line. Teetering the line of what was realistic for an abused character and what needed to happen to forward the plot was incredibly challenging and took a lot of research but it was also one of the most fun aspects of the novel. Melting into Leah, the main characters mind was an experience I will surely never forget. I myself had to go to a very dark, very weak minded place in order to portray her and her thoughts properly and at times, it was scary where my mind would wander and the thoughts I would have. But, as an actress it was also fascinating to see how deep into the mind of this character that I could get. DOTF is the best and my most favorite book I've ever written and I think everyone who reads it will agree that it really is something truly special.
5. What makes your books different than anyone else's?
My books have characters that have flaws and characters that make mistakes. My novels tackle topics such as abuse, rape. sex-trafficking, and depression and handle them with care but also in a very genuine fashion. I don't shy away from the harshness of reality. I also, write romance novels that circulate only around romance. My novels have several plot lines and sub-genres mixed throughout to not only keep the reader intrigued, but to give my characters more to build off of and more to fight for to stay together. I love to give my characters high stakes and watch them rise to the occasion for love.
6. What do you do when you get writers block?
Writers block.. ah, the bane of every writers existence. Its only happened a couple times so far but I would force myself, usually when I was driving, to think about my novel and don't stop thinking until I find exactly what it is that I'm looking for, exactly what it is that my novel needs to push forward. I've been lucky that writers block hasn't really been the motive for my books to fall behind in updates, more as just not having the time to write has.
7. What are some tips you would give to beginning writers?
Beginners, FIND THE TIME. That's the main tip that any vet writer needs to give a newbie. If you don't MAKE time to write and make it a top priority in your day or week, you will fall behind and you will lose interest in your own idea. You have to give yourself deadlines and you have to stick to it. Even if what you write is crap, you've written something and can always go back and edit. The first copy of anything is usually crap anyways. Also, you have to, in my opinion, at least have a base outline for your novel to keep you motivated throughout writing because you know whats coming up next in your chapters and you use that excitement to push through until the end. The excitement of showing off what you've written and letting everyone experience the climax or twist or first kiss is what keeps me going chapter after chapter when I'm writing.

Fun Time:
8. What's your fav genre to read?
Romance. Specifically forbidden romance with some thriller/mystery subplot lines. Oh, and steam. My novels have got to have a certain steam level to keep my interest piqued ;)
9. What's your favorite tv show?
FRIENDS! THE BEST SITCOM EVER WRITTEN HANDSDOWN. If you're a fan yourself, you can find the random tip of the hat to that series in particular in each of my novels. Sprinkled very sparingly through each novel is either a reference or a near direct quote. Can you find them all?
10. What's your favorite movie?
JAWS. Lets be honest, almost anything Stephen Spielberg puts out is gold but this movie in particular will always hold a special flame in my heart. Also, sharks are my favorite animal ever and this movie really helped people learn about them and bring awareness to how dire they are to the oceans ecosystem. Ya know, after the blimp of time where the fear instilled from this movie had every fisherman killing as many sharks as they could. I personally just prefer to brush over that last part though... lol.
11. What would you like to say to your wattpad fans?
Wattpad fans are... THE BEST FANS EVER. They're so supportive and active and just fantastic so to every one of my fans that has stuck around from beginning to end or that have jumped on the bandwagon a bit later, I love you all endlessly and will never be able to thank you enough for all of the support you've given me through the years. You guys are the real rockstars :)
