Katelyn's POV
I climbed up the ladder to the treehouse, I saw Abby sleeping peacefully. Aphmau wasn't able to heal her so we had to bandaged her up. I walked over to her bed and sat down with Jeffory, who hasn't left her side since we came back, I said "You know. You haven't eaten or slept since we came back." he just signed. He said "I'm just really shocked at what happened a few days ago. I never seen her like that. I wish I got there earlier..." I put my hand on his shoulder and said "It's not your fault. It's that a**hole Jack's fault!" he looked at me and said "Wooh! Did you kiss your mother with that mouth?!" he laughed and I punched him a little hard. "Ow!" he yelled rubbing his arm. "D-daddy? W-where a-am I?" Abby asked weakly. We looked at her and Jeffory said "Shh it's okay. You're at Phoenix Drop so you're safe now." She looked at Jeffory and said "Ow! *signs It hurts a lot. I'm glad that you and Auntie Katelyn are watching me." I said "Shh. You need to rest." she just looked at Jeffory. I can't look at her! It hurts me too much. I thought as I got up and walked to the other side of the treehouse with a tear running down my face. Jeffory noticed and walked over to me and asked "Katelyn, what's wrong?" Curse him caring too much! "I'm fine. It just pains me so much to see Abby like that!" I said as I felt more tears run down my face. He hugs me and said "I know. But she's going to be fine. I hope." "You know, Abby's like a daughter to me." I said. Before he could respond, Aphmau climbed up the ladder and said "You guys need to come with me right now!" "What's wrong?" I asked while following Aphmau to the gates. "Just look." she said. I followed her eyes to the gates to see... Ivy!!! I yelled "IVY?!"
