Kanan's POV

  I'm trusting you Rebecca...

"Sooo sorry about being late Kanan. The fifth brother is getting suspicious." Rebecca explained, her mask revealing her lovely features.

"My crew is too. The kids especially." I told her as we walked through the fields of Lothal.

"They are catching on to us. We have to be more sneaky than ever." She explained.

"I know." I said. We walked together through the tall grass occasionally glancing at each other. It was peaceful.

"It's so nice." Bec said out of nowhere, smiling up at me. I looked at her slightly confused.

"What's nice, other than your looks of course." I flirted with a wink. She laughed cutely and smiled brightly.

"Being out here with you. It's like I-we can escape from everyone and everything. Teaching, training, and partnerships. Especially the Galactic Civil War." She explained, with a relaxed sigh. I could tell she was happy about not thinking about war.

"I know what you mean. I kind of wish the war would end so we could be together without having to hide it. We could get married and start a family of our own." I fantasized. I know that Rebecca wants to settle down and have a family, because she never had a family, neither did I, but I at least had Master Bilaba to guide me. Because didn't have anyone once she was taken from her parents. I wish it was different, but it's not.

"Yeah, it would be amazing." She said fantasizing with me.

"Things will work themselves out." I told her.

After a few more minutes of silence she spoke.

"I want to defect from the Empire, Kanan. I don't want to be against you anymore. I want to be a duo, partners in crime, crew, friend, and lover. I need this." She explained with need.

"We will work on it but until then, we stay how we are, for your safety." I told her. Her lips thinned into a line before she sighed.

"Okay." She caved. I turned to her and kissed her softly.

"Thank you Becca." I told her.

"For?" She asked, confused.

"Trusting me. Trust is hard to gain and hard to give. So thank you for giving me your trust." I explained then nuzzled our noses together.

"I can say the same to you, Kanan." She explained with love coating her voice.

"I love you, Rebecca."

"I love you too, Kanan. I did not understand what love was until I met you." She whispered sweetly.

    Ezra's POV

   THE SEVENTH SISTER?!?!?! WHY KANAN?!?! WHY?!?! SHE'LL KILL HIM! Me and Sabine stood in shock as we watched the two.

"Out of the entire population of Lothal he chose the Seventh Sister?!" I whisper yelled.

"I hear where you're coming from, Kid. They have nothing in common. It's strange. But I doubt there is a love potion involved. Kanan most likely made the first move knowing him." Sabine admitted while thinking of any possibility of why they would fall for each other.

"It could be a trap. She may be getting information from him with him being oblivious to it." I told her.

"I guess we have to trust that he knows what he's doing..."
