A brunette haired girl known as Katelyn was making her drink that she enjoys making herself which the people who worked at the cafe, she was currently in with her cousin, friends and her sister Clary since their other sister Cloe had a lot of work to do today so she couldn't go with them to the cafe. After, she finished making her drink she walked around towards Dazai as she sat beside him to have her drink as she listened to Kunikida despite Dazai staring at her, causing her to groan, as she leaned closer to him. "Yes, Osa?" She asked, using her nickname for him, not noticing him blushing as he took her free hand into his while moving closer to her. "Besides, strangling me, could you do other things to me?~" He exclaimed as she turned bright red, knowing what he meant as Kunikida ran over to smack Dazai once again. "Stop flirting with Katie, Dazai! Were you even listening to a single word I just said?! My hands might not be as nice as hers, but if you're looking for someone to break your neck,  I think that honor should go to me!!" Kunikida shouted before strangling Dazai who looked very annoyed and amused.

They both stopped fighting, to sit after Atsushi asked a question about what they did before joining the agency. "Guess. It's a game. We've played it a lot here, actually. The newcomer tries to guess his colleages' former occupations. Katelyn, out of your cousins is still in the game since she never gave up and was sick the day we were supposed to play it with her but never got around to it. Think of it as part of training to be a private investigator." Dazai exclaimed as Katie nodded, as Clary got up from sitting with Jun'ichiro and Naomi to go sit with her sister so their cousin can guess. "I wanna say Jun'ichiro and Naomi were students along with Katie and Clary?" Atsushi exclaimed as the siblings smiled. "How did you figure that one out?" Naomi asked as Katie sighed. "Maybe it's cause you are wearing your uniform, Omi?" She remarked as the girl playfully glared at her. "That was one of the clues I noticed, but I was told that you two as well as my cousins work part time at the Agency. The uniform told me that there was a good chance, you were still in school, plus Jun'ichiro and I seem to be similar in age. My cousins, I knew are doing college online since they work on it at home." He exclaimed as his cousins smiled, proud that he got it.

"Not half bad, Atsushi. What about Mr. Kunikida?" Dazai asked as Kunikida drank a sip of his coffee who placed it very calmly on the table so it wouldn't spill. "Nobody cares about what I used to be, all right?!" He shouted as Atsushi looked the blonde haired male to try to figure it out. "An official? Did he hold a government job?" He asked as He locked eyes with his cousins who gave him a thumbs up as Katelyn was drinking her drink. "Oo so close, he was a public school teacher, correct Osa?" Katie asked her friend who nodded his head. "Yep, he taught Mathematics to be exact." He exclaimed as Katelyn placed her cup on the table. "I'm so glad, I didn't have you as a math teacher, no offence uncle, just that you have had yelled at me a lot since math isn't my strong suit." She exclaimed as Kunikida shrugged his shoulders. "I get that there will be people who don't understand it, unlike others who would." He exclaimed as Atsushi could see him being a math teacher. "Besides, it was another life. I don't even wanna think about it." He exclaimed as Dazai asked what about him to Atsushi but he wasn't sure due to not being able to know. "Don't even bother. His former profession is a mystery to all of us. Nobody here has guessed it." Kunikida exclaimed as Katelyn smirked.

"Well, I have a guess however since you are the new member, Cous. You will guess first than I can guess if you give up." She exclaimed as Jun'ichirou and Naomi looked over at her and Kunikida as they talked. "The person who finally figures it out collects an award." He uttered as Atsushi looked at the duo shocked. "An award?" He asked them as his cousins nodded their heads. "Yeah, that's true. And because no one's guessed right, it's just skyrocketed." Dazai exclaimed as Atsushi asked how much it was, before attempting to guess on what he did, however he kept getting it wrong. "I bet you were just wandering around doing nothing at all." Kunikida exclaimed as he lifted his cup to drink his coffee once again before turning to Dazai. "Not true, I would never lie about something like this. Katie, would you like to try to guess?" He asked her with a smirk, as she nodded while getting up from her seat as she placed her hand on the brunette haired male's shoulder as he held onto her waist so she wouldn't fall as she told him her guess in his ear so no one would hear expect him, he looked at her a bit with a shocked expression but managed to hide it from the others within the room. "Sorry Atsushi, but your cousin got it,  and since you gave up Atsushi, then... you can be the one to pay the bill tonight!" Dazai exclaimed as he showed the bill to Atsushi as he groaned and everyone, expect Clary was shocked that Katelyn got the job right. 

"It's our Agency's favorite restaurant, so you can always start a tab with them if you don't have enough money on you." Dazai exclaimed as Katelyn finished her drink, while noticing that Jun'ichirou got a call about something, only for him to mention that it was about a client, the group finished up before heading upstairs since the cafe was downstairs from the office. As the girls entered the office, the two sisters headed towards were the client was, only to be shocked as they realized who she was as she realized who they were as well, however the three of them remained silent about each other. Katelyn sat beside the woman as her sister Clary sat with their coworkers, the girl faced the woman to go over the case. "Now then, You  mentioned wanting to request an investigation, but what manner of investigation are we speaking of here?" Jun'ichirou exclaimed as Dazai took ahold of her hand and the woman's hand as he began asking both of them to double suicide with him, only for Kunikida to smack him before yanking him into another room. The woman looked over at the girl, as she shrugged her shoulders. "He's always like that, just ignore him." She exclaimed as the girl nodded, before facing the group in front of her as she exclaimed the case she had for them.

Katelyn Nakajima, was helping her cousin pack up what they needed for the job as her sister Clary, was ordered to stay at the office and was currently at her desk. "Hey kids, You think I was about to leave you high and dry like that? I have some important advice for you two before you guys go. Look here. Memorize this picture, and take note: Be careful of this man. If you see him, run." He exclaimed, as the girl already knew who the male was but she hadn't found the right time to tell her friends how, espically when her father didn't know. Atsushi, took the picture as he brought it closer to himself and his cousin, who leaned closer. "Who is he?" He asked as Dazai had got up from his desk, and lowered his headphones as he leaned closer to Katelyn's side. "A mafioso." He exclaimed as Atsushi and Katelyn looked his way, after he meant that comment. She could tell her friend was lying but she wasn't gonna push him on the matter in that moment. "Honestly, we only call him that because we don't know anything else about him." He exclaimed as Katelyn looked back at the picture. "He's in a organization who works on cases different from us, their called the port mafia." She exclaimed as the males looked at her with a look of confusion.

She listened to Kunikida explain the rest to her cousin, as she tried to keep the part of her that wanted to defend the mafia under control since she wasn't quite ready to explain how she knew them personally yet to the agency. "What's his name?" Atsushi asked as the girl glanced at Dazai before facing her cousin. "Akutagawa." She exclaimed as both Kunikida and Dazai looked towards her in confusion, as she only avoided their gaze. She grabbed her green messenger bag as she gripped her cousin's hand as they headed downstairs to meet up with Jun'ichiro and Naomi along with the blonde haired woman who only Clary and Katelyn knew personally. Meanwhile, Clary was sitting on the couch across from their friend Dazai who was listening to something on his headphones, only for Kunikida to rip it away from him. "Hey Dazai. How come you're not working? And Clary, how come Kat seems to know Akutagawa. I've never mentioned his name before today to her so it doesn't make sense how she knows his name." He exclaimed as the girl looked away. "I'm waiting for my muse and good question, Clary?" The brunette haired male asked as he took his headphones back while the girl only got up to leave, confusing them even more.

Katelyn's POV

As I walked beside my cousin, I locked my free arm around his free arm while we both had our other hand gripping onto the bags we were carrying. "It's not something to laugh about. All this talk about the mafia and how dangerous they are... I'm not sure I'm cut out for this kind of work." Sushi exclaimed as I patted his head while we walked as I chuckled at his worried face. "Sushi, yes they are strong but the Mafia aren't that bad." I uttered to him as he looked at me with a serious face, while Juni and Naomi looked at me with a look. "I'm gonna walk ahead, keep an eye on my cous." I exclaimed while eyeing my friends who nodded as I walked in front of them towards Higuchi, to tap her arm causing her to look at me while my friends talked to Atsushi. "Why are you here? Is something wrong?" I whispered to her as she looked back before leaning closer to me. "Nothing's wrong, but Mr. Akutagawa told me not to tell you, sorry Kate." She uttered as I gave her a confused look but before I could say anything, she leaned away from me.

"We have arrived. It's this way." Higuchi exclaimed as she pointed towards an alleyway as we followed close behind her, as I went to follow my cousin and our friends, I felt Higuchi grasp my wrist causing me to stop in my tracks to look at her, confused since she stopped as well. "Miss Higuchi. Smugglers tend to be a very cautious bunch of individuals. They'll always have an escape route planned. And yet...this place leads to a dead end. If anyone came from that direction, they'd be trapped." Juni uttered as I looked back at Higuchi who dropped her bag, letting go of my wrist as she changed her look. "That's correct. I must apologize for deceiving you and leading you all into a trap. My actual target... is all of you!" She exclaimed as she took out a phone, placing it close to her ear but since I was close to her, I could hear it. "Akutagawa, it's me..." She exclaimed as my eyes widen along with my friends and cousin, since they were shocked to know she knew the male known by that name. "I have them cornered as planned and Kat is here." She exclaimed as I glared at her while feeling my friends and cousin looking at me. "Kat, how do you know them?" Naomi asked me, as I looked over at her but before I could answer her, I got shoved behind someone and in the process, hit my forehead on the ground causing me to hiss in pain after noticing blood on the ground.

"Oh no, she's...with the port mafia!" I heard my cousin and friend exclaim, before hearing gunshots causing my to raise my hands to my ears, while looking down since my mind was foggy. When I looked up, I gasped in shock while covering my mouth as I saw Higuchi was shooting at my friends but only Naomi got hit, protecting her brother and my cousin. I tried my best to stand up without falling, as I headed over to Higuchi who was aiming her gun to Jun'ichiro, getting ready to shoot him but I grabbed her wrist before she could. "Chi, don't. They are my friends. You don't have to do this." I exclaimed, as she looked at me in shock before turning back to serious. "Sorry, Kat, but orders is orders." She exclaimed as I saw to my left Juni getting up with Naomi in his arms as he used his powers. "Atsushi, Katelyn. Stay far behind me." He exclaimed as I quickly headed over towards Atsushi, while Jun'ichiro was dealing with Higuchi. I stayed close to Atsushi, who I could tell was worried about me which I didn't blame him since I could feel myself slowly giving into the urge of collapsing. I jumped out of my thoughts, when I heard Higuchi choking since Jun'ichiro had his hands around her throat. Before I could do or say anything to stop him, he grunted in pain before collapsing due to being stabbed by an ability I knew all too well.

I stared at the black haired male with white tips who, we all knew as Akutagawa who coughed into his hand before opening his hands as he stared at us. "The stench of death...It does not discriminate between those who inflict it, and those who seek it. Do you not agree?" He exclaimed, as he walked over to my cousin and I but I was more closer to him then Atsushi was. "It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance. My name is Akutagawa. Like this woman here, I'm one of the Port Mafia's black dogs. And..." He exclaimed, as he turned towards me to grab my hand before yanking me closer to him as he placed his lips on me, shocking not only me but my cousin as well. I returned the kiss before we pulled away, but he still kept a firm grip on me by keeping his arm around my waist, causing my face to heat up. "One of many who have fallen in love with Katelyn." He exclaimed, before coughing into his hand once again which caused me to be worried but I tried not to show it since he didn't like it when others worried for him. "Mr. Akutagawa. I can handle this by myself!" Higuchi exclaimed, only for Akutagawa to slap her which made shook me. "My orders was to take the weretiger alive and show him Katie is mine. And yet here you are, gunning everyone down and the reason her forehead is bleeding! You useless mongrel! Back off!" He shouted at the blonde, as I moved out of his arms to face him which he looked at me after I got out of his arms.

"That's no excuse for slapping her either, and regarding Atsushi, he's my cousin so why do you need to show him, I'm yours when we aren't dating?" I exclaimed as he only remained silent while staring at me, before looking at my cousin who asked if he was the target. "But of course. The objective of this mission has always been you and your cousin alone, weretiger. Your friends got caught in the crossfire. Just an unfortunate consequence." He exclaimed, which upset me however, before I could say anything, I felt more dizzy than before, causing me to collapse into Akutagawa's arms who caught me with ease and lifted me bridal style. I noticed Sushi giving me a worried look before everything became black.

"Oh right, that's enough." A voice exclaimed, as a bright blue light flashed when a brunette haired male, placed both of his hands on the abilities belonging to Akutagawa and Atsushi, which cancelled them, causing Atsushi to pass out since he was in his tiger form. A brunette haired girl, placed her fingers on her sister's neck to ensure she was still alive which she was but just sleeping. "She's fine, Dazai. Just sleeping." She exclaimed, while locking eyes with the male who nodded. "You're from the Agency, along with the girl... Why are you here?" Higuchi exclaimed as the brunette haired girl crossed her arms while leaning against the wall, listening to the trio beside her. "I just couldn't keep a lovely lady like you off my mind, so I decided to keep in touch." He exclaimed, as Higuchi searched her pockets before finding the listening device while connecting the dots. "Come on Atsushi, rise and shine. I don't want to carry three people back at the same time." He exclaimed as Higuchi pulled out a gun, however the brunette haired girl known as Clary went in front, while whipping out a knife given to her but a family friend. "Don't even think about it, Higuchi." She uttered as the woman blushed a little at her crush, holding a weapon.

"Let's leave them be, We'll return another time." Akutagawa exclaimed, as Clary picked up her sister carefully before bringing her over to Dazai who took her from her so she could kneel down to wake up their cousin. "Ah, well.. we will retreat this time. However, you can be sure the Port Mafia will be back to claim that boy and Katelyn someday." He exclaimed as the brunette haired duo looked at him confused. "Why's that?" They uttered at the same time. "Isn't it obvious? That weretiger fetches quite a sum on the black market. The bounty stands at seven billion yen, as for Katelyn, that's a different story which is up to her to share it or not." Akutagawa explained as Clary sighed, regarding why her cousin was wanted which annoyed her a lot. "Well, I'm just tickled pink at their utter generosity." Dazai exclaimed as Clary chuckled at his response. "We'll pay a visit to your Agency at a later date. So you can be sure the Port Mafia will collect what's owed them." Akutagawa exclaimed, as Clary chuckled while standing up on her feet as she noticed Dazai kept a tight grip on her sister to ensure she wouldn't fall. "Oh really? Is that a formal declaration of war? Go ahead and try it...if you really have the guts." Dazai uttered as Clary laughed before leaning against the wall once again.

"You think that you can threaten us? You are a small-scale operation with only a dozen or so lackeys, whereas we hold the keys to this city's operations at every level. An agency like yours couldn't even hope to touch us. If we so wished it, we could wipe you all off the face of the Earth and ensure the girls don't know about it!" Higuchi exclaimed as Clary rolled her eyes in annoyance. "Don't involve my sisters and I into the war you two have, going on." She exclaimed as Dazai began rubbing his neck, while holding Katelyn with his left hand. "Yes, I'm quite aware of that, The girls know as well." He exclaimed as Clary nodded her head, agreeing. "Indeed... I would expect you would, considering your previous history. After all, you were a Port Mafia member, weren't you, Dazai?" Akutagawa exclaimed as Clary gasped while clapping her hands together, causing the trio to look in her direction. "Katie and I fucking knew it. That's all I have to say...Sorry." She exclaimed as Higuchi tried to hold in a laugh.
