Yoo In woke up in the middle of the night. She saw Jungkook was still sleeping. Hugging her. She smile at him. Combing his hair. She then slowly move his arms and went off the room. She went downstairs. She grabbed her bag and took out her phone. There are missed calls from BTS. Since it's late, she decided to just send J-hope a text.

To: Hoseok

Hobi! Jungkook is with me. Don't worry. There's something came up. I'll meet you tomorrow. Alone. At Se Ra eonnie's cafe. 8pm.

Send. Yoo In shoved back her phone into her bag. She grab some water since she felt a little thirsty. Then she felt her head is spinning. 'God, please. Not now.' She thought. She held her head. She forget to buys the medicine as she just walked away from the hospital. Her nose starts to bleed. She went to the sink and exhaled all the blood. But still, it won't stop. She cursed under her breath and exhaled again. After awhile, the bleeding stop. She washed her nose. She held the counter as she walk since her head is spinning like hell. Yoo In went to the living room and decided to just sleep there since she was weak enough to climbed the stairs. Sighed. She then text Min Go that she needs some medicine to stay alive even just for a little while. It was so cold but she just bear with it. There's nothing she can do though.

Jungkook suddenly woke up. He looked beside him. Yoo In was not there. He starts to feel anxious. He tiptoe downstairs slowly. Not wanting to wake any of her family members. Just as he reached downstairs, he saw Yoo In lying on the couch. Cold. Weak. Sick. Pale. Nothing much to describe her. He went upstairs back and took the blanket. He rushed downstairs and covered her with the blanket. Jungkook sit beside her. Staring at her until he fell asleep.

In the next morning, Mrs Park saw them. She gasp in horror. Yoo In looked so pale and sick. So does Jungkook. "Omo! Yoo In, Jungkook, wake up! Why are you sleeping here?" Jungkook let out a cough and look at Mrs Park. "Oh, eomonim. I'm sorry." He apologized. Mrs Park shook her head. "Why are you guys sleeping here? Get up to your room. Don't go to school. You seem like you're sick. I'll make some porridge." Mrs Park motioned Jungkook to stood up. Yoo In was too weak to walk. She can't even lift her eyelids. Jungkook carried her in bridal style way and lay her on her bed. Jungkook stood up and suddenly he faint. Soo In heard a thumping sound in Yoo In's room so she open her door and gasp after she saw Jungkook fainted. She rushed to him. "Gosh~ You have a fever. Woo In-ah!" She called. Woo In was wearing his tie went to Soo In. "Help me with this." She said. They help Jungkook up and lay him beside Yoo In. "What's wrong with them?" Woo In asked. Went to the other side of bed. Looking at his younger sister dearly. "I don't know about Yoo In but Jungkook had a high temperature." She explained. Woo In comb Yoo In's hair and saw a a lot of her hair was on his hand. He gasp. "Noona~" He showed the hair strands to Soo In. She gasp in horror. She went to the side of the bed and comb Yoo In's hair. As expected, there's a lot of hair stuck on her palm. They looked each other. "She's sick." Woo In muttered. Soo In felt her world just crashed. Looking at her sister. The only sister. Sick. "Cancer." She said. Woo In felt his breath stop. Feels like something stuck in his nostril. He clenched his fist and exhaled. "I think she'd been in a worst stage." She stated. Even though it's hard but she had to. "Please don't tell anyone. I want to get the confirmation from Min Go. Meet me at the hospital after I call you." She said. Woo In nod his head and throw the hair strands into the rubbish bin. They leave them and close the door.

Soo In left to work quickly. Just as she arrived, the first thing she'd do is meeting Min Go. She went to his office. "Lee Min Go-ssi." She called. Min Go were checking some files. He looked up and smile. "Oh, Soo In. Have a seat." Soo In took a seat in front of him. "What's the matter?" He asked. Looking into one of the patient files. Soo In took a deep breath. "My sister, Yoo In..." She paused. Min Go took a glance at her. "What's with her?" He pretend not to know anything. Flustered. "She's sick." That's the only words that came out from her mouth. She hold back her tears. "Sick? What disease?" Still pretending not to know. His heartbeat went fast. Every minutes that Soo In took is making him flustered. "I don't know. I think it's cancer. Her hair..." She paused again. Min Go sighed. "I know~" He has decide. He wants to tell her everything. Soo In frowned. "Know what?" She asked. Min Go gave her a dead serious look.

After that, Soo In went out from his room. Blank. She walk through the hallway weakly. Min Go's words was still lingering in her mind.

Flashback

"Yoo In had a cancer in stage 4. Yeah, last stage. I just know that when she got here last time when she got beat up. But it's too late. At first, it was the third stage but the cancer spread too fast making it to stage 4." He stated. Soo In stared at him with no emotions. No tears. She felt empty. Shocked. Sad. Speechless. She wants to say something but the words stuck in her throat. "I'm sorry, Soo In. The only thing she need to do is chemotherapy. But she didn't want to." He said. Yeah, she know Yoo In don't want to. She know her sister. She doesn't want anything that can hurt her. Soo In stood up and went out from his room. But before that, Min Go warned her not to tell anyone. "She said that she want to make all of us happy even for the last time. She doesn't want to spend her remaining time in the ward. That's the reason why I kept the secret. Oh, there's a boy named Dae Joon knew this. In my information, that boy is helping Yoo In. To make all of us happy." He said.

Soo In knelt down suddenly. Making a few nurses came to her. "Doctor, are you okay?" They kept asking her as she starts to sobs. A nurse help her to stood up and went to her room. That nurse is the closest to Soo In. She knew everything about Soo In. She's a best friend. Jung Hae Rin. She has everything. A certification of medical. She could just be a doctor but she doesn't want to. She wants to be a nurse because she wants to help Soo In. She wants to keep her accompany. Why? Because if she's a doctor, she might be place into somewhere different. Soo In is like her younger sister. She closed Soo In's door and sit in front of her. "What's the matter?" She asked. Soo In burst into tears. Cried uncontrollably. Hae Rin caressed her back. "Yoo In.... She had cancer... stage 4." Hae Rin gasp. She never thought it would come. For her, Yoo In is the healthiest person she ever met. Whenever she got beat up or get into a fight, she quickly recovered. She's like a superwoman. Her smiles never faded away. She never shed a tears. Not even a single tears. But this year. Only this year. In just a few months. Everything went upside down. Yoo In cried a lot. She got depression. Anxiety. And now, a cancer. A stage 4 cancer. Hae Rin can't believe it. She was also very close to Yoo In ever since she starts to get into fight. "H-How..." She stuttered. Soo In shook her head. She doesn't know what to do anymore. "I need to tell Woo In." She said as she wiped her tears and took out her phone. She called Woo In.

A few minutes later, Woo In came. He greets Hae Rin and Soo In. Well, Hae Rin was also like her older sister. She care about them. Hae Rin's brother, Jung Hae Woo is his best friend. Hae Rin get out from her room and went back to work. "What's the matter, noona?" He asked as he saw his sister was in a awful condition. Her eyes were puffy and swelled like she'd been cried for hours. Soo In burst into tears again. "Yoo In got a cancer... Stage 4." She cried. Woo In gasp. Just like Soo In, he had no emotions. It feels like the world had stop spinning around. "C-Cancer? S-Stage 4?" He asked unbelievably. Soo In nod her head. They hug each other. Cried. Knowing that they might lost their beloved sister. "Mom and dad can't know this. Yoo In knew this for a long time already. She had warned Min Go to not to tell anyone. Because... because she wants to make us happy for the last time. Along with Dae Joon. Yeah, he knew this. I'm scared, Woo In." She said. Woo In hug her tightly. Their sister sacrificed her life just to make them happy.

After a long time of crying, they leave the hospital. Woo In had told Hae Woo that he's not coming back to the workplace. Yeah, he and Hae Woo works in the same place. After all, Hae Woo was the one who suggested him to work there. They then went to the park. Releasing the tense. A lot had happened in just a few months. They inhaled a nice breeze even though it's cold. A big christmas tree were already put up in the center of the park. "This must be the last christmas for Yoo In." She said. Trying hard not to burst into tears. Woo In caressed her back. They took a walk for awhile before going back to home.

Meanwhile, Yoo In had just woke up. She leaned on the headboard. Massaging her temple. She looked at Jungkook at her side. Sleeping soundly. She look at the clock. Almost 6 pm. 'Did I just fainted just now?' She thought. She got off her bed and get clean up. Slowly, not wanting to wake Jungkook up. She brought her clothes in and unclothed. She went to the shower. She put some shampoo on her palm and massage her head. Combing her hair. She saw a lot of hair stuck on her palm. Sighed. She throw it up and just went to bath her body. After done all those things, she dried herself and wore an oversized hoodie that fall passed her knees and and sweatpants. She dried her hair with the hairdryer since she doesn't want any of her hair to fall again. She got out from her bathroom and get into a big shocked.
