Phil's POV

Dan dragged me down the road towards his house. "Wait!" I said and stopped. "How are we going to get into your house? Won't your Dad be annoyed?"
"Do you really think I would keep them in the house?" Dan asked.
"um... 'spose not." I shrugged.
"Oh my god! that was a rhetorical question." Dan said as he pulled me along.
We reached his house and sneaked round the side of his house and through the gap in his fence. behind the fence is a small forest that stretches out to the library. when we enter the forest Dan put his hands in front of my eyes and led me through the forest to a small opening with a hut.
"I know it's not much but it's where I go to..." Dan trailed off as we stepped inside.
The hut was decorated with loads of fairy lights and posters. there was a shelf in the corner with comics and books. on the floor was pillows and blankets.
"Did you make this?" I asked.
"yea, Sometimes I would spend nights at a time out here just so I could get away from him." Dan said "But anyway..." Dan walked to the corner and lifted up some of the pillows to retrieve a plastic bag full of bubble wrap.
Dan passed me the first one, when I opened it I saw the cutest ever lion teddy. Dan passed me another bubble wrapped gift and inside was a lion hat and 2 lion bars.
"Thank you!! Oh my god!! thank you thank you thank you thank you!!" I said as I launched at him pushing him onto the pile of pillows. I kissed him on the nose and we both burst out laughing.
"I love you so much you know." he said as we both lay there looking at the stars.

Sorry it's been ages since the last chapter but no one has been on this account in a while so I'm sorry but ya. Some of the next chapters might have some plot twists and fluff but ya. I'm pretty sure this is one of the longest chapters yet.
