Didn't expect this did ya?

*(Y/N)'s P.O.V*

The footsteps i heard outside were fast, someone was running towards me, the door burst open and a shadow of a male cast over me. There was a gasp and a familiar voice "oh (Y/N)" they ran towards me, kneeling in front of me pulling me hands away from my face, it was Mr.Cross. He sighed sympathetically removing a handkerchief from his pocket and dabbing my wet face.

"It's okay, we'll g back and get you freshened up, we'll get a meal and then we-" i looked up at him with tear filled eyes. His face softened and he lowered the napkin "i'm sorry that was insensitive, do you want to talk?" i hiccupped opening my arms wide, he smiled dropping the handerkerchief and pulling to him in a hug like i had asked.

I sniffed silently crying into his shirt as he rubbed my back and pet my hair soothingly, i pulled away wiping the remaining tears from my face. Though some still remained in my eyes they hadn't fallen yet. Kaien's face suddenly became blank as he stared at me "is...something wrong?" i asked, he said nothing but began lowering his face inching it towards mine.

Slightly panicked i drifted my face away slightly, but since i was still in his arms i had nowhere to go, although i am a vampire and could easily overpower him, i don't want to hurt Kaien, it could kill him and i don't want anyone else to die. As his face was now millimetres away i squeezed my eyes closed tightly, there was a soft pressure on my lips, warm and gentle. I knew what it was oof course, my father figure was kissing me, of course he's not too much older and we're not related by blood but still it felt rather awkward but... not in the bad way if you could believe it.

Kaien pulled away with a gasp "oh my goodness i'm so sorry, that was inappropriate" he said pulling away quickly. I slowly opened my eyes too see his flustered and ashamed face "w-why did you do that?" i asked "i-i don't know, you were just so cute- and i don't know what came over me" he pressed a hand to his forehead. I laughed and shook my head "no i mean...why did you stop?" he looked up at me shocked.

I inched closer to him this time taking the initiative, my eyes trained on his lips, occasionally glancing up at his eyes hidden behind his glasses. Reaching up i pulled off his spectacles placing them on the ground next to him and then placing my free hands on the side of his face.

Closing my eyes as he did we made contact, this time with both of us taking part, as i turned my head to the side to deepen the kiss my hands made my way to their hair and pulled out his hairband letting his long hair loose. His own arms made their way around my waist and pulled my closer, of course it was really weird to think for years he had been raising me as his own, and now i was making out with him so it would be seen as a form of incest but he isn't actually my legal guardian, since my sister was alive at the point which meant she was my guardian but i was told it was Kaname.

So it's completely legal! We pulled away breathless i was resting my head on his forehead "doesn't this feel wrong to you?" Kaien asked "kind of but it feels right too, and that outweighs the wrong, hoow about you?" i replied "it's  too right to be wrong" he laughed bringing me into another kiss.

Soon he helped me up and we made our way back to the nightclass dorms, of course our relationship would be kept a secret for now. But when we tell them let's just hope they don't vamp out on us, but we should be fine...right?
