Lilis PoV:

Something must have happened ...

She looked at me, trembling slightly.

"Lili, I'm sorry to have to tell you this, but it looks like you miscarried. I'm so terribly sorry, "she said and looked at me pityingly. She visibly fought back tears herself.

I was pregnant. I was.
I would have had a little being. We would have had a baby. The thought of telling Niall this made me cry.

"Why" I asked her. Why did that happen. I almost never drank alcohol, I didn't smoke. I was young, healthy. I didn't see anything I could have done wrong.

"I don't know, Lili often doesn't work on the first try, may I ask you something, was it planned, so you wanted it," she asked carefully.

Sobbing I shook my head. I noticed how she sat down next to me and hugged me.

"You can do that, sweetie, you are still young, you have all the time in the world, okay, you can do it," she said to me.

"Are you engaged?" She asked me in shock and distracted from the subject. I was grateful to her for that.

I smiled and looked at my finger and nodded. We would manage that, I could fly to him if they didn't need me here and tell him the whole thing personally.

I think he doesn't want to be alone there and I don't want to be alone when I tell him.
"You see, you have time, you get married and you can think about it again," she told me.

I nodded heavily and got up from the table.

,, But Lili, can you please stop by a gynecologist. I can only state the obvious. If something else happened, it could be dangerous, "she added.

"Yes, maybe I'll do it today," I smiled weakly.

She accompanied me outside.

There was even a gynecologist a few doors down, so I stopped by right away.

Somehow I was lucky to get there right away. Well luck in bad luck.

Sure, it would have hit me harder if I had known about the baby, but it sucked anyway.

The young doctor checked everything. I left as quickly as possible.

Everything OK. The miscarriage hadn't harmed me, I should take some pills and take a few days off.

All I had to do now was deliver this to the director.

So back to the set.

"Oh Lili, something happened" he asked me immediately. Probably because of my reddened eyes.

"Um ... I was just at the doctor, I should take a few days to rest" I said briefly and gave him the sick leave.

"Oh god, this is awful. Of course you take your vacation. Do you want to fly home to your friend? If so, we will cover the travel expenses and Jefrey will book everything for you, "he said friendly and put his arm on my shoulder.
"Yes, that would be very nice of you. I would like to visit Niall. Talk to him, "I said.

"Okay do that, Jeffrey, come here and hold her, do what she tells you," he said harshly to a young employee.
