"Starbucks! Starbucks!" My brother chanted as he drove us.
"Caden you need to calm down."
"You need to calm up."
I sighed. "You're ridiculous." I said as he parked the car.
We made our way to our usual Starbucks.
"You go first." I said.
In order for this to work, we always go in a while after the other so we don't listen to the others chosen name.
As I saw Caden finish ordering and find a seat, I entered and after I was done, joined him.
"So, that boy who is always walking you to class." My brother started. I raised my eye brows.
"Kevin?"
"That's his name huh."
"Indeed it is."
"I don't like him."
"And why is it that you don't like someone you've never talked to."
My brother shrugged. "He has this vibe."
I nodded. "This vibe huh."
"Just don't hang around with him."
Caden was the protective brother. If he could have it his way, I wouldn't leave the house. He says he is a guy and therefore knows how horrible guys are.
Kevin wasn't horrible.
Neither was my brother.
"Kinglemugget jumpsuit."
He gave me a lazy smile and got up as I looked at the number of people looking at him. It was a fair number.
He walked back and smiled. "Dean said I have a chance."
I chuckled. Dean was the boy behind the counter who knows about our silly game and helps us decide.
"Now back to Kelly."
"It's Kevin."
"Whatever. I hear he isn't a good boy."
I laughed at that. Kevin was the perfect boy. Not only was he funny, but he was a good guy. Everyone loved him.
"I find that hard to believe."
Caden sighed.
"Kanye West."
I winked at my brother and got up. I didn't look around as I approached my drink and a laughing Dean.
I went back and sat down as my brother shook his head, chuckling.
"That was dumb."
I laughed "You know that was smart."
"The only reason a lot of people looked up was because they weren't expecting a girl to get up."
"I still won."
He pouted the whole ride home
