YOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I THINK THIS IS MY FIRST JOHN X READER! I was writing a digital John X reader but my computer went kaput and I lost it all... ALL THAT WORK I came up with a programme name the process of naming him John Egbert the process of how the computer controls how the programme looks and even its personality, likes and dislikes, etc... But oh well...

"Ugh fine just so long as you keep you promise and not spread that stupid rumor about me being a homko."

John does it.

He does the windy thing.

It's a hot as hell day and the windy thing felt so nice on your skin. You had been making him do it on different parts of your body and last was your legs. You two were being dorky and it lead to that. Of course, you are all about them memes. As you felt your leg after the windy thing you said;

"Leg so hot you could fry an egg- not! Haha sun! We have defeated you in a battle of wits!" John giggled and shook his head. Dave walked in the room.

"Yo, so what was that I heard about John being homo?"

"It was a joke Dave." You laughed. Dave looked unimpressed, but then again, when does he not?

"I was gonna get me some of that Egbert ass... Never mind I got my apple juice from your fridge so I'll be leaving."

"Your apple juice!? That's mine, get back here!" You started to chase Dave but John grabbed the back of your shirt and dragged you back. He managed to calm you done soon enough on the promise of him buying you more apple juice later. You both sat calmly on the couch watching the quiet tv for a few minutes before turning to each other and blurting nonsense.

"Ladies first?"

"Okay... So I... I may, um... I really really like yo...I really like apple juice!" You lost your nerve at the last second and John looked slightly disappointed.

"Oh um, well me too..." You both awkwardly turned to watch the TV again, slowly getting more comfortable and chatting normally again. Surprisingly within five minutes. 

Timeskip: 3 hours

The awkward moment before had long been forgotten and it was time for John to go back home. You showed him to the door and said your goodbyes. John took one step past the doorframe before you gripped the back of his shirt.

"John, wait! I umm... IREALLY LIKEYOUAND IWANTTOBE MORETHAN FRIends..."

John was startled and sure that he had heard wrong.

"Could you repeat that?" Your hair was covering your eyes and you took a deep breath, cheeks obviously pink.

"I said... I said 'I really like you and I want to be more than friends'..."

John pecked you on the cheek and took your hand in his.

"Sure, I mean, I would love to, I'll come back tomorrow and I'll take you to the park or something?"

"Yes! I mean please do Sir Egbert~" you courtseyed 

"Indeed I will Madam _______" he bowed and you both laughed at your silly antics. You said goodbye once more and eagerly awaited the next day...
