With a gentle sigh of anticipation, Dave read through the message that he had typed out for his friend. She was offline but he was planning to send it to her anyway. Reading it aloud to himself, he changed his mind and erased the whole thing.

The young Strider combed his fingers through his platinum hair. Sighing once more, he stood from his leather chair. He turned towards his sword, took it in his hand and went to the door. By doing so, he was leaving the empty contents of the almighty Doritos packet and a finished bottle of apple juice. He slyly opened the door, his sword present in his left hand. Anxiously, he switched his sword to his right hand before quickly putting it back in his left hand.

The red-eyed teen looked up. Seeing as there was no smuppet rump trap to ensnare him in, he widened the distance between the door and frame before cautiously stepping out. He closed his door quietly, turning his back on the hallway.

Turning he noticed Bro... With a smuppet in his hand.

"Bro! No-!" Too late.

"ATTACK!!" Smuppets fell from nowhere covering Dave's body with smuppet rumps. Meanwhile, Bro was stuffing a bright red smuppet rump into Dave's face.

"VICTORY!!" Bro cried before prancing away as the smuppets remained, choking poor Dave.

Seconds later, 'My Little Pony' was heard as Bro whooped triumphantly. Dave grimaced and went downstairs, smuppets covering him like a rug would cover a floor. At the bottom of the stairs, he shook off the smuppets. For once, the evil stairs had been merciful. He took a bottle of apple juice from the side of the kitchen as he walked to the living room.

The devastated bottle of apple juice fell to the floor inanimately.

"Jade? What are you doing here?"

"Hey Dave! I thought I told you I was coming... Oh well, I guess not! How've you been?"

"Oh, okay. I've been fine I guess j-"

"DAVE! I FORGOT TO TELL YOU! A FRIEND OF YOURS IS HERE!" Dave and Jade heard Bro yell from upstairs. Dave licked his lips uncomfortably, but he kept his monotone voice and expressionless face.

"Dammit Bro... Hey I'd just like to say I like you Jade I was gonna do it so smooth and show you my eyes and you know, make your ovaries explode... But you're here now so, might I well tell you now." Jade blinked then began to laugh.

"Haha! That was great! I like you too Dave!" Jade flung her arms around Dave's neck and gave him a kiss on his lightly freckled left cheek.

Da end bruv.
