Discussing the Beatle's albums
Micky: No! The TV broke! Now we can't finish our games!
Mike: We can fix them later, we need something else to do
John: How about you Monkees can talk about our albums?
Davy: Yeah, you discussed about our TV show, now we can talk about your albums
George: The first one is "Please Please me," any thoughts Monkees?
Mike: I would say it's a good start to your career
Peter: I totally agree, my personal favorite is "Boys" (I don't actually know their favorite songs on these albums, so I'm just going to make them up)
Davy: I would probably say "Ask me why," the rhythm is very catchy and I just love it
Mike: I'd say "I saw her standing there" was really good, it starts out the album really nicely and it gets better from there, but this is a great opener
Micky: "Misery" is great and honestly fun to sing along to in my opinion
Ringo: Glad you all think that, but which songs do you not like on this album?
Peter: Ummm "Twist and shout" sometimes gives me a headache
John: Hey, I blew out my voice just for that song
Mike: Yeah, I would say the same
John: Hmph, I'd like to see you 2 try and sing that song, believe me it wasn't easy
Davy: I don't really have a least favorite
Micky: Me neither
Paul: Next up we have "With the Beatles"
Peter: I love this album!
George: I agree with you Peter, we have some pretty good songs on here, well my first song wasn't that great in my opinion
Davy: What are you talking about George? "Don't bother me" is my favorite song on this album, you should be proud about it!
George: Thanks Davy, but I'm just not really a huge fan of my early songs
Micky: Ahhhh so many great choices! But I would have to say "Till there was you" is the best
Paul: Excellent choice! I'm rather proud of my vocal performance in that song
Mike: I'd say "I wanna be your man" is my favorite
Ringo: I liked singing that song!
Peter: I would say "Not a second time" is my favorite
John: That one was fun to do, but it's super underrated
Micky: I say that one should be recognized more
Mike: I can also say that none of us really have a least favorite song on this album!
John: Next is "A hard day's night"
Mike: This was a great movie, it inspired our show
Paul: Oh yeah that's right, it did
Peter: Not a bad album though, my favorite song is "If I fell," it's super catchy, I also laughed when George almost fell over a speaker in the movie!
George: I was hoping no one saw that!
John: Well everyone did
Mike: Even though this song wasn't in the movie, I like "Any time at all"
John: That was a fun song to do
Davy: I like "A hard day's night," it's a great title for a great song and movie
Ringo: I agree with you there Davy, it really is a great song
Micky: "And I love her" is a beautiful song and I just love listening to it
Paul: I love my vocal work in ballad songs, I can pull it off pretty well if I do say so myself
John: Sure McCartney, I can do pull it off too
Paul: Oh yeah? What songs do you have to offer to the table?
John: Uh "Julia", "Norwegian wood", "You've got to hide your love away", need I say more?
Paul: No, please stop, I'll admit though, those are some pretty good songs
John: Thank you
George: Are you 2 done with your bickering?
John: We are now, moving on the "Beatles for sale"
Peter: You all look so miserable on the cover
Paul: We were super busy with touring during this time, so we were really tired
Davy: This was a pretty good album even though you were tired, I'm not sure why people call it the lazy album, the music was still really good
John: I somewhat agree with you Davy, but not all the way, some songs were not that good
Mike: I really like "I'll follow the sun," that song is so beautiful and soothing to the ear
Peter: I like that one too!
Micky: I prefer "Rock and roll music," It's got a great beat and it's so energetic
John: I was so out of breath after that song, but I do love it
Davy: I love "What you're doing," that song is amazing
Mike: Hey what's that beeping sound?
John: I don't know, maybe it's the camera
George: The battery is running really low
Mike: Alright, who forgot to charge the camera again?
Micky: It wasn't me
Ringo: Are you sure about that Micky?
Micky: Yes I'm positive it wasn't me, or it wasn't just me
Paul: Just you?
Micky: Peter and I were responsible for charging the camera and we never did!
Peter: Please don't be mad at us
Mike: We've discussed this before, you said you'd promise to always charge the camera
Davy: I'm going to have a chat with the crew and tell them not to give the camera responsibility to Micky or Peter
John: Good idea Davy
George: Well I guess we'll have to wait to talk about the rest of the albums. but in the meantime, let's have some food!
Mike: Until next time everyone!
